Staff was very happy to help. They were so kind to is. The welcome drink had too much sugar in my opinion. They had kept the beach clean. Food were alright, but other competitors had much variety of food and a huge buffet. But to the price it kinda worth it. Will hope to visit it again. But I think buffet needs to be improved. Chocolate fountain was suffering to pump chocolate after 2.20 pm. Few dishes were empty, and I kindly asked chefs to replace it. Definitely buffet needs to improve. But had a happy stay. Will visit again for Christmas 🥂🍽

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcomed by the warm atmosphere. The kids' club was a hit with our little one. The food was delicious. All the restaurant staff was really helpful and the service provided by Chathura, the R&B Manager, was top-notch. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

I had the pleasure of taking my parents for a stay, and I wanted to ensure that they would be satisfied with my choice of Cinnamon Bey Beruwala. They were happy throughout our stay, which made my decision all the more rewarding. I made our reservation through the global reservations department, and I must commend Kashyapa from that team for his assistance in ensuring a smooth reservation process. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful bed structure and a complimentary cake sent to the room at midnight to celebrate my dad's birthday. From the warm smiles at reception to the attentive care during meals, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the architecture of the hotel, which beautifully blended modern comforts with traditional aesthetics. The spacious and elegantly designed deluxe ocean view rooms, featuring hand-painted tiles, provided a serene retreat with stunning views of the beach and garden premises. We encountered two peacocks strolling along the terraces our way to have breakfast, and I met a feline companion as well. Perfect environment to relax on the poolside beds nestled in the garden, with the soothing sound of ocean waves in the background, I found myself in company with friendly squirrels. In conclusion, our stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala is worth recommending it highly enough to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat by the sea. We felt truly pampered.

We stayed here in April 2024. This was our second visit. The hotel is situated by the beach and can safely bathe in the sea. It has a large garden and a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms were large and the bathroom was spacious. They had buffet for dinner and breakfast. It had a wide range for the dinner buffet but for me, some dishes lacked flavor. The staff is attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Exceptional in all aspects! The hotel facilities, especially the room conditions are great. (The air-conditioning in the rooms were spot on, this is a really underrated thing, but after staying in multiple hotel rooms, a good AC gives you great comfort) The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful even during super busy times like dinner service. Food was just exceptionally good. I stayed for 4 meals and all 4 of them were consistent and good. They have a variety of food choices in the buffet from all over the world. Once again, great food in a hotel buffet is such an underrated thing nowadays. Overall, just exceptional in all aspects. Would highly recommend this place for stays or day outings.
