It was a pleasure to stay here, the food is really good! The service is wonderfull! The people are so kind, they always helped me if I had questions. You can take the bus easily to the town and it only takes 15minutes. The rooms are really clean and comfortable! If you're looking for a nice, quiet and relaxing place to stay you should really go here! Thank you for everything, I'll definitely come back!

If you are looking for a place to relax and recharge then the CHC Imperial Palace is the place to be.
I would also recommend you booking directly with the hotel by contacting them as they will allocate you also a great room as in our case where we got a great large room with sea view!!
Food was great (breakfast/dinner) with Greek cuisine options always, clean hotel, great pool area, you need ideally a car in Crete to go the best places anyways so location wasn't a problem for us and great staff made us feel welcomed and with great hospitality.
Shoutout to the hotel staff and the cleaning staff for their exceptional service on a daily basis.
Thank you for this amazing holiday break :-)

Me and my husband spent our honeymoon at this hotel. Best hotel for those who are looking for a quiet place without the kids. Adult only hotel was the best choice we made. Service was really good and friendly. They would clean the rooms on daily basis. Also we had a really good experience with a really friendly bartender Julio (Chulio).

I have recently returned from a week's vacation at this lovely, peaceful family hotel. As a solo traveller and escaping from the rat race of London, it was the perfect balance to find a clean and quiet hotel (without feeling like being in a hotel environment) and a bus ride close to the hotel, to Rethymno when I wanted to mix it up! The room was super clean, powerful hot walk in shower, great air conditioning, comfortable bed and private balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, in particular Eleni, who was on hand to offer ideas, tips, tours and accomadated any requests I had. It genuinely felt like my vacation home and was sad to eventually leave. I hope to be back and extend my appreciation and thanks to the wonderful staff who looked after me during my stay. Efharisto, Yia sas!

Just returned from a wonderful two weeks at this beautiful hotel. It was everything we needed and more. We wanted half board so we could eat in the hotel but not overdo the alcohol and the food was mostly lovely, varied and we genuinely didn't get bored on the nights we ate in. The rooms were lovely and spacious (we upgraded to a suite) and our balcony (room401) looked right onto the pool. We also had an amazing sundowner view and could see the sun rising too although not off the horizon but good enough. Air conditioning was great. Rooms were serviced every day and clean towels and loo roll replenished. The beds were made with little bow shapes which was nice and all in all rooms were immaculate. We loved our stay here. We would return. Photos added were the sunset from our balcony. For that view alone, I'd give the room 5 stars 🌟
