Horrible! My stay at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort was marred by a deeply unsettling incident. An employee managed to sneak into my room through the conjoining room side door, which left me feeling extremely uneasy and concerned about my safety and the security of my belongings. Despite my immediate report and subsequent complaints to several managers, including Arden, Omar, and Dorgino, no effective action was taken to address the situation. Unsatisfactory Resort Response The lack of urgency and concern from the management team at the resort is disappointing and unacceptable. As a result of this breach of privacy and security, I am forced to cut my planned 10-day vacation short to just three days. This experience has completely ruined my stay, and I strongly advise against choosing this resort unless you want to waste your money and risk your safety. Mixed Quality of Services While the food at the resort was commendable, offering a satisfying dining experience, the overall service left much to be desired. The presence of children on the beach and the shared amenities, despite being an adults-only resort, added to the disappointment. Final Verdict: Avoid this Resort In conclusion, my experience at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of security, coupled with the indifferent response from the management, has left me deeply dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this resort to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable vacation.

The rooms are very nice, except one HUGE problem. There is a continuous smell of sewage coming from the shower drain. It affects the entire building. You can't get ride of it. The buffet is good and the staff are very nice throughout the resort. The beach is SUPER TINY. Getting a chair to sit in is a luxury on the beach, as they are constantly closing the energy pool for events. Pretty much the only things to do is eat and drink. I would not recommend this resort at all.

Great hotel very clean, and the food was good to small portions but you get dessert to so it was perfect, the only thing when we arrived in the morning for check in they told us the room was not ready and told us we would get an email once it was ready we waited until 3 which was past when we should have gotten it we didn’t get it so we went back to the desk then they finally gave us the key. I got a pedicure Diana did an amazing job and she was very friendly had great conversations!

Absolutely amazing. Clean rooms, friendly staff, food was very good. I would definitely come back . Like to name a couple workers that were awesome. Entertainment supervisor-Daniel, very friendly and helped with questions and concerns, very knowledgeable, overall great person to help you. Entertainment staff Gama and uncle charlie these 2 made the pool fun, lots of laughs, engaged with everyone Thank you! To our room cleaner Ruth, your beautiful thank you for taking care of our room and making sure it was made up everyday. And our favorite bartender Francesco hes the best!!! Friendly, wonderful service, attentative.

Just stayed 5 nights, had an amazing time. Rooms are beautiful, staff is super helpful/polite. Monica in the breakfast buffet & Christian at the Mexican restaurant were 2 stand outs, overall every employee had top notch customer service. Little loud at some times but keeping everyone entertained was no issue for them, something fun going on every night. Cleaning/room service always made sure the room stocked and super clean. Overall recommend!
