Loved our stay at the Bodyholiday. Our room was incredible. Most amazing views. The staff was cordial and efficient. A perk we loved was the inclusive spa treatment daily. The aloe Vera wrap was incredible after so many days in the sun. We will definitely be back. This resort is perfect for a relaxing getaway or romantic honeymoon. The cons were that there isn’t much of a night party life, but it also helps keeps the zen vibe. Also it’s 1hr away from the international airport, but so are all the bigger resorts.

Things to know: 1) This is a hike from the airport. Took us over two hours to drive up to resort. 2) Rooms are dated. The only reason I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is because the rooms are dated and the drive is a haul. However, once you’re there, you are there to stay unless you leave for an excursion. And you don’t spend a ton of time in the rooms because there is so much to do at this resort. The included spa services really take this resort to the next level. They really do it right. (Book these treatments in advance of your stay) The food options are great, and the excursions are overseen by the resort. So, we felt very safe and had a ton of fun. (Another note: book at least two reservations for restaurants before your stay. They have plenty of options for the other restaurants, but you will want to at least try TAO & Windows.) They took great care of us. The property itself is stunning! Pretty much a view from every dinning option. The beach is beautiful. I would definitely recommend getting beach view or beachfront. It’s worth the extra money for the views and sounds when you are in the room. Everyone we met at the resort had been there before, which I believe says a lot about a place. This was a perfect retreat. My advice: book for 10 days if you can. We stayed for a week, but had wished we stayed for longer. You need just a little more time to do all the activities, restaurants and excursions. Also, don’t overdo it! They have so many activities, make sure you take time to relax by the ocean!

La sport hotel. Sandals Concierge were very welcoming after a long flight it’s just what you need. . The room was truly beautiful large king bed air con was on and sea views. We went up many steps to the oasis were you are met by beauty therapists . The weigh you measure your body . There is a gym and many therapy.s on hand like seaweed wrap .algi bath .jet showers .massage loads more. Great view from the the therapy oasis . Water sports on site . Beautiful food. Friendly staff off site trips catamaran trip was amazing three bars. Terrace bar piano bar and social dance floor. Private beach absolutely stunning. Truly a holiday of a lifetime.definitely will be returning.

Very unique place I’ve been before and it’s very easy to fall into the habit of going back. It’s just a great place to reset but to have fun at the same time. The list of healthy activities is endless you can do as much as little as you want, the treatments great and the spa is really well operated. Lots of healthy options, food wise. Gluten-free dairy free. generally just a great place. The solo table is a great idea. More places should do it saves eating on your own at night and you get to know some very interesting people. I haven’t been for awhile because of Covid, but I shall certainly make a habit of going back.

One of the best holidays I have been on. I cannot fault anything - how amazing is that? The facilities, the rooms, the staff, the food and the overall vibe were perfect. We did make the most of every single thing and were very active which might not suit everyone but you don’t have to. From sailing & water skiing to tai chi & aerial yoga, facials & massages, spinning & tennis followed by beautiful fresh food - if you can get here you must!
