What a special place. The resort was beautiful. The activities were just right, full of fun every night. The pools were clean and fun to hang at. The best kept secret is the quiet pool in the back by the lazy river, with eating going on everywhere. I have to give high remarks to the scuba dive team. Especially Wendy, who took us on some great dives. We had a day where we dove in the day, 2 tank dives that lasted 60 minutes each and then a night dive the same day that lasted 67 minutes. Captain Mikey has the greatest safety brief.

Great service. Nice resort overall. We've been to a few Sandals. This one has a nice relaxing vibe. I recommend it. The beach is pretty and nice as you are looking at Kelly's sit to the right. The water is less rocky and doesn't have seaweed. Kelly's was the nice restaurant here. The pools are really great here.

Out of all the sandals in St. Lucia this is the smallest & most quiet. It’s very romantic. The beach is the worst out of the 3, it’s in a location that has a lot of murky sea water. We had a blast regardless & it’s very beautiful!
Why I’m only giving 1 star is because my husband contracted salmonella while on our trip, he started showing symptoms the day we left. He got incredibly sick for two months & the only place we ate or drank at was the sandals resort. We didn’t eat at the airport & we didn’t go on any excursions that involved eating. We spent a lot in medical bills when we returned. The resort also didn’t address the issue when I emailed them about it which is disappointing since I’ve read many reviews about others getting sick here as well so obviously they’re doing something very wrong. We probably won’t be going back to sandals resorts due to not only customer service neglecting these issue but also because of the neglect of health safety within their resorts. It’s way too much money to get sick.

Absolutely the most romantic beautiful location we have ever had the pleasure of vacationing at! The staff went over and beyond our expectations, catering to our every need. We loved all the small touches, the food was great and the island and beaches are beautiful! We really enjoyed all our excursions and adventures.

We booked this holiday to mark a special Birthday for us both, so it was far away and above anything that we had booked before. We were a little nervous of what it would be like, how would other people be, our first long haul etc etc, but we could not have been happier!
The staff right from when we arrived until we left were just amazing. So friendly, so helpful, and make you feel part of a large family. I didn't feel like there was any difference between if you were a couple who can go here twice a year to a couple who had to save 3 years to come here.
The other guests were lovely too, we met quite a few people and it was great to learn about other people as well as take a drink with them.
We went to all 3 resorts, and I think each one has a different vibe that will suit different peoples needs. We wanted a quite, relaxing time and the Halcyon hit that nail firmly on the head. The grounds are so gorgeous, the beach is metres away from most rooms, I'm fussy with food, but I was able to stuff myself stupid everyday!!
By the end of any holiday, I am always ready to come home, this time I wish I had booked the extra few days as we were there for 10 days. I've done nothing since I've been back other than work out ways I can get back there for another holiday. If you are deliberating if you've never been here before, I can virtually promise you, its almost impossible for it to not live up to, or exceed your expectations.
