Overall, a lovely experience. Staff were efficient, friendly, helpful. Housekeeping staff top notch; left the sweetest note before leaving. Quite a change from the regular resorts. Food was tasty, particularly from La Bateau. A quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

I was there for a 7-day stay to decompress, after mom passed away. They came highly recommended by my travel agent, Latitude Concierge Travels. Upon arrival I was met with courteous staff, who exceeded my expectations. Through conversation, they found out about my dietary restrictions and they set up a meeting with myself and the Head Chef for the restaurants and they catered to my requirements so that I wouldn’t become bored with the cuisine. I had booked a master suite and my room was gorgeous. The spa and gym/fitness areas were always kept extremely clean and I really enjoyed working out outside. I took advantage of their daily teasers that were offered from the spa. Each day the spa offered complementary services at a shorter time and I was able to get a 20 min massage and a foot scrub while there. The ferry ride over the beach was short and once you arrived you were greeted with a representative from the resort. They ensured your time at the beach was comfortable, ie set up your beach chair/towel and checked in to see if you needed anything while there. It was an amazing time, and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in a serene and calming environment. I would definitely return to this resort.

After reading a mixed bag of reviews about Zoetry I was a little hesitant to book this all inclusive property. Let me begin by saying I am so grateful that I disregarded the negative reviews and gave this property a chance. My wife and I did a one night stop while island hopping all around Saint Lucia for our honeymoon. We arrived via Water Taxi by Feel Good tours (highly recommend vs land transfer especially for those with a weak stomach). Our room wasn't quite ready upon arrival but check-in process was a wonderful experience; it included a tour of the property and spa. While waiting for our room, my wife and I proceeded down to a sushi bar area on the property and received some very slow service from a server who seemingly was missing in action. We did bring the service concerns to managements attention and that was rectified immediately. The only suggestion I have is to relocate the stray cats somewhere else on the island (they beg for food and look very ill, especially having a 3+ allergy to them it was not exactly ideal). Other than that inconvenience, sushi was good and beer was cold! Our room was spacious and well air conditioned. We had the pleasure of getting to know a wonderful kind hearted gentleman named Vijay who ensured that we were well taken care of for the remainder of our visit; whether it was dining or any in room concerns with our fantastic butler. Hurricane Hole is a really unique spot and the food and drinks were nothing short of excellent. The food and service at 1461 was splendid as well and to cap the night off we ventured down to the rum cave where we took a tasty pineapple mushroom pizza to go and sampled some great tasting rum! In-room breakfast the following morning was fabulous! Our butler even wished us farewell from the dock as we departed with a hug! We highly recommend Zoetry if you are looking for downtime and much needed R&R. They will take care of you and delivery a very high standard to all inclusive! -Mr Bhatt

The resort is in need of a serious upgrade. My room had cockroaches and baby frogs daily which was reported to staff. It was not confirmed whether the room was exterminated. One day I had to borrow toilet paper from a neighbor. The room was very dusty which triggered my allergies. The wait staff and chefs were amazing! Not the ideal spot if you enjoy a nice beach.

I ate at the hurricane hole for dinner one night and I ordered a don julio margarita. The menu they gave us has margarita for $22. To my surprise, when the waitress gave us the bill, they charge me $104 US for 2 margarita. I travel a lot and never seen anything like that before. This restaurant does not list the price for what I ordered nor did the waitress told me the cost before hand. I thought all the margaritas would be around the same price. I ended up paying $52 US for each margarita. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. When I questioned the waitress, her response was we don’t volunteer the price. When asked to speak to the manage, she told me she is the manager and refused to get a higher up. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
