Very good for the price. Staff are friendly and attentive of guest needs. They are also aware of allergies and disabilities for the guests that need it. We observed people in wheelchairs etc. That were able to stay at the hotel too and people of all ages could enjoy the view of the hills and olive trees.
The rooms were clean and tidy. There is a small shop for convenience and a free shuttle bus to the beach if you don't want to walk down the steep hill.
Overall really enjoyed my stay and had a good time.

Hi all. We visited Crete ( Greece ) for the first time and stayed for a week in Blue Bay resorts at Agia Pelagia.
We are impressed, service and all the staff are superb, very polite, always smiling and helpful. Resort is located on the top of the hill with nice sea views. Food is amazing.
All the Greek people are amazing and we feel in love with Greece.
Coming back in September.
Advice for all newcomers to Crete: rent a car.

Good food and service. It's just the rooms that let's this place down. Very basic and poor drainage from the shower in the bathroom that left pools of water all over the floor and don't drain away due to poor layout. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms

Stayed in September of 2023, for 7 nights. In room with a Hot tub.
On arrival to the hotel and reception, we thought the hotel looked great. This however changed for 3 key reasons, firstly the food was very repetitive and got bland after 3 days. Secondly the location was very poor and transportation links were unorganised and not clear. Third key reason was that most staff (apart from the cleaners, bar staff and one lady at the reception) were often rude and unapproachable, to the point were we felt very uncomfortable. Be aware that pictures seen, do not represent the room you will actually get and the all inclusive has a limited range of drinks.
Also there is a limited number of activities to do in or around the hotel.
The main positive feature of the holiday was a ginger and white cat that visited us in the hotel, that brightened our day.
Overall we left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed in our choice of hotel.

Amazing place. Due to the location, beautiful views from every side. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is incredibly delicious and has a large selection. Because the hotel is located on a hill, you have to climb a bit from your room to the restaurant or beach. Had a great time in this beautiful place, I highly recommend it. I look forward to my next visit to this hotel.
