The food was decent overall, room service was excellent and always on top of cleaning the rooms, the pool and beach views/access were amazing! But what topped off everything was the service. Franco is the man! He made the trip for our family with his activities by the pool and at night. Alfredo (bartender on roof) was great! Made us feel like we were the only customers on the resort and remembering all our drinks, etc. Each one of the staff was excellent and accommodating. The service and people are what makes this place great!

I booked a trip for my family of ~ 20 people. The beach was beautiful. We had the ocean view and LOVED it. The rooms were clean and the employees were fantastic. Although the entertainment was limited in my opinion, we especially enjoyed the illusionist! It was incredible. The food was good! I also loved their bathroom products, it helped with beach hair and dry skin from the sun!

The resort was great. The food was good. Service was excellent. Location was amazing. We had front row beach chairs in the sun with beautiful blue water. The fire show was the best I've seen. The website offer of $500 free resort credit was a scam. The only thing you could use it on was a few select items in the gift shop or $100 of it in the spa.

My family with three kids stayed 4 nights here and we were fully satisfied. The beach was beautiful. All the staffs were so kind and helpful, especially the young guys in the buffet (Angel, Alfredo) were fantastic. Pool is not very large but acceptable.

I am not the type that would post a review, but this is ridiculous. After a long day of travel, all I wanted to do was reflex and enjoy what I paid for. Unfortunately, I could've because of the water discoloration and sand. If you look at the pictures, you are going to see iron in the tub, and it looks like well water. I was extremely disappointed specifically after I paid so much to stay there for my birthday.
