Amazing resort. Truly massive. Lots of things to do for adults and kids. Love the big pools and swim up bars. Very clean and friendly staff all around the resort. Beach was perfect. Didn’t have to worry about stepping on rocks or seaweed.
One thing to improve is the food. Disappointed with some of the restaurants we ate at across the resort. Recommend the steak and Mexican restaurant. Another thing to improve on is the entertainment. Did not think there was enough entertainment throughout the day.
Overall, I would recommend this resort.

The rooms were nice and clean, I wish they changed the bedsheets but overall they had everything we needed. The service was exceptional! Noe Lopez and Janet Chi were always ready to serve in the morning with a smile on their face and provided exceptional service! The location was spectacular as well, on the beach and near Playa Del Carmen which allows us to be closed to many activities and excursions. Overall this was a great experience!

We had excellent service at the Tropical buffet. We had the pleasure of having Berzain Martinez as our waiter and he understood when we had to eat and run to so we could make it to our excursion on time. He was very friendly and gave us top quality service. German Gomez was also always available to assist along with Dalia Jimenez.

Buffet tropical was amazing. The food was good and Mario Martinez was our server and he was fantastic. Quick service and a wonderful atmosphere. Leticia Espinoza and Sayuri Valera also assisted in serving and they were great! Would recommend!

Have been having a great time at this resort! All the staff are so friendly and kind! Israel at the snack bar was so lovely to us through our whole stay. He served us on multiple occasions and taught us lots of Spanish!
