We came here for a pool day. It’s such a wonderful setting, the whole pool area is vast and well laid out. The infinity pool overlooking the desert is amazing. Camels and falcons come out around 5pm which was wonderful. The food served by the pool was very tasty and well presented. A few small gripes. The changing rooms by the pool are small and poorly equipped and maintained. No shampoo or hair dryers etc. I appreciate that most people will get changed back in their rooms however for those doing a pool day it would be nice to have better facilities in the changing rooms. The showers in are very slow draining.

Decent stay at Babs - nice room, okay food, some great staff, others not so, and some ridiculous pricing. Do NOT fall for the Al Hadeerah restaurant they push on you. Around $100 per person, for a mass buffet and super underwhelming entertainment. Pretty much all the tables with tourists left 2/3 hours early and felt the same as us. Excursions / tours - $300+ for a 1 hour drive through the desert is kind of ridiculous. We even had their own staff at Babs tell us it was not worth it.. that should tell you everything. I think a private stargazing was $2000+ and a private dinner was $1200+(?). Booked with Capital One Premier Collection and their booking team didn’t have their things in order so the check in process was an ordeal with a staff member trying to argue with me when it turns out I was right. Not properly communicated at all. The good - we stayed 2 nights for our honeymoon and they gave a nice room welcome treat, some of the staff were great - at the bar, the bell man etc.

A Perfect place for an Unforgettable Date!!! Away from the city crowd and hustle bustle. The property is so peaceful and gives you the pure Arabian vibes. Middle of desert and very modern amenities available. Exotic pools, spacious rooms, delicious food and relaxing spa. They have 3 restaurants inside the property and all of them has good food different cuisines. Went to Anwa restaurant and lounge very nice Japanese cuisine with alcohol and shisha options. Open terrace views under the moon. It was really a beautiful night.

The staff are flawlessly polite and gracious, and look after all your needs without being asked. They are the epitome of gracious hosts. The food and beverages are fantastic, too. A few restaurants provide many options for meals and there is a roof-top area with comfy cushions, a lovely view of the sunset, and several shisha options. The pool areas provide space for adults only as well as for family fun (waterfalls, fountains, showers, swim up bar, and infinity edges looking out over the desert). There are a few lawn sports available and a giant chess board. I can't wait to come here again.

Great experience staying in this hotel in the desert of Dubai, the architecture and decoration makes you feel special. Great service and culinary offer. Our dinner at Ninive was delicious and the breakfast buffets is one of the best I ever had. Room with a terrace very comfortable and with a nice view to the dessert. I highly recommend one or two nights in this hotel
