Great place to stay! From tram and monorail stations you can go Dubai Marina Mall or Nakheel Mall. The superior room is spacious and clean, equipped with two bathrooms. What I liked the most about the room: amenities in the room made me feel like at home. After a day on the beach, you don't need to spend your precious vacation time to wash and dry your clothes, you just throw them in the washing machine and in few hours it's clean & dry. I barely met other guests except at the pool or in restaurant, so in general I would recommend this hotel for lovers of privacy and solitude. I liked the breakfast. As I needed a fitness center to renew my residence visa, there's a location in Knowledge Park in a walkable (10 min) distance. The hotel team members are very friendly and helpful.

In Dec 2022, this would have been an easy 5 star as the service was amazing, with free upgrades and amenities to feel really taken care of. But my most recent visit showed a downgrade in the quality of the hotel. The guests/crowd this place pulls is concerning. Lack of guests hygiene (sneezing on food and kids playing with buffet food). It's cheap and in a good location but the experience of the hotel itself will not be fun for you given the service and guests it pulls.

The apartment had an astonishing interior and design.
The gym rules are kinda strange like flip-flops are not allowed, but the equipment there was very qualitative. TechnoGym is incredibly nice.
The security system was absolutely insane – already 6 cameras only in the welcome area.
The buffet was decent, but I missed some crispy original American-style bacon. Especially surprising were the delicious ginger fruit shots.
Merlot in the Wine selection is very well selected.
The TV didn't work and the thermostat didn't react on 1104.

Excellent stay!!! Great location, by the palm and near the marina, using the tram everything just a couple of minutes away. Super clean, great quality accommodation, all the staff is very helpful, nice and show interest. The hotel is very kid-friendly with great pools and kids club. Clearly 5 stars

We've stayed at the hotel for a week and we were very impressed with it. The rooms are very clean and spacial, and the staff is extremely professional and helpful. Valet service and kids room (we had a baby with us) were appreciated a lot! Totally recommend.
