I express my gratitude to Mr. Daman Singh for his exceptional service in maintaining the cleanliness of my room throughout my stay. His professionalism and cooperative demeanor were truly commendable. Wishing him continued success, and I encourage the hotel administration to recognize his efforts.

The hotel is very old and definitely doesn't deserve five stars. The rooms are fairly clean, but the furniture and bathroom fixtures are very old and partially damaged. We stayed in this hotel for three nights, and during that time, we never had proper hot water. The water from the tap was slightly warm, but not hot. However, the rooms were cleaned daily, and they provided us with water, tea, and coffee. The hotel is located in an area with many Indians, Pakistanis, and people of other nationalities. It's very close to the metro, and you can walk to the hotel. It's a suitable option for a 2-3 night stay, not more. The sound insulation between rooms is very poor; we could hear our neighbors well. However, each room has a very good ventilation and air conditioning system. You can set any temperature, and it's very comfortable.

Just checked out from this supposed 5-star hotel, and I'm puzzled by its classification. Feels like a place that thrived in the early 2000s but has fallen behind. Many staff were neither good nor bad; they're just doing their job, and nothing more. However, a few individuals, particularly some Indians in the restaurant including one Rahul and housekeeping, stood out for their good service.
Despite the variety of items in the breakfast buffet, the combination doesn't quite hit the mark. Seating capacity doesn't align with the number of guests, leading to a shocking incident where some of the guests, who were yet to finish their breakfast were RUDELY ASKED TO VACATE THEIR TABLE by a person who seemed to be the manager. He was otherwise very friendly and good with kids. Even helped me with coffee and all. But his behaviour towards other two families were totally unacceptable.
They also struggle with handling busy times. Our table lacked tissue papers, and when we asked for some, a staff named Khryzl just left a few on the table without putting them in a holder or stand. Not what you'd expect in a 5-star place.
The location near the airport and in a busy area doesn't compensate for the disappointing atmosphere. Overall, a stay that left much to be desired. The only positive thing was the spacious rooms with plenty of cupboards, even though the place gives off a shady vibe.
