I’ve traveled and stayed at dozens of hotels but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff was absolutely amazing and made you feel valued and like you were at home. The rooms were beautiful with a view that would make you stop at the window every time you walked in.
The property also looks like it came straight out of a dream. The detail in every corridor, the statues, the lobby area, and the outdoor seating to watch the Fountain show were incredible.
I’ll certainly be returning and telling everyone you have not experienced true luxury until you visit Atlantis The Royal.

I was going to stay there with my friend for four nights at the end of April. We booked two bedrooms sky terraces suite. Both of us were looking forward to a bit of luxury and the sun.
Our holiday happened to be around the time when the sky opened in Dubai and turn the place into a disaster and flooded everything. Flights from Dubai were hard to get and we heard from friends that they were stuck at the airport for 15-24 hours to get on the flights out.
We contacted the hotel and ask if it’s possible to cancel the reservation or postponed it to travel later in the year.
We explained that my friend’s flight is overbooked and we do not want to travel at such a stressful time.
The hotel’s representative advised us that in order for them to consider the cancellation or credit voucher we need to cancel the reservation (at that point I haven’t decided yet if I would come or not by myself).
Considering how much we paid for it, we decided to cancel the holiday and try to get a refund (I think any good friend would do that).
Meantime, when awaiting an answer from the hotel, we found out that our suite had been resold by the hotel. Hotel was completely sold out and we received an email to rate the experience in the restaurant we apparently dinned in.
Couple days after we received the call that unfortunately due to terms and conditions of the reservation we are not due any cancellation refund or credit voucher was not considered….
Therefore the hotel had deliberately misled us, by reselling our suite and had no intention of ever refunding us for pure financial gain.

I wish I could stay at this hotel forever. The hotel itself was an architectural masterpiece, and has an endless amount of things to do. From waterparks, swimming in the gulf, shopping, swimming in pools, eating delicious meals to admiring the views, it’s almost impossible to get bored at this hotel. The room itself was very big with a panoramic view of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai all from the comfort of your bed. The food was delicious and it was very fun to explore the hotel.

As a seasoned traveler, I have had the opportunity to stay in numerous hotels and resorts around the world. However, my recent stay at Atlantis was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that their reputation for hospitality was nothing more than a facade.
First and foremost, the check-in process was an absolute mess. Despite having made reservations well in advance, we were met with long lines and disinterested staff members who seemed more preoccupied with their phones than assisting guests. After what felt like an eternity, we were finally given our room keys and left to navigate the sprawling property on our own.
Speaking of the rooms, ours was a far cry from the luxury accommodations we were promised. The furnishings were outdated and worn, and the bathroom appeared as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. To make matters worse, an unpleasant musty odor permeated the air, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.
But perhaps the most egregious aspect of our experience at Atlantis was the complete lack of attention from management. As if the incompetence of the staff was not enough, the resort's decision to prioritize a celebrity overpaying guests made for an even more infuriating experience.
To compound our misery, we found ourselves in the midst of Tyler Perry's film shoot for "Destination Wedding." Rather than ensuring minimal disruption to guests, the hotel saw fit to inconvenience us at every turn. We were constantly asked to vacate certain areas of the resort to accommodate the production, including the pools and other amenities we had looked forward to enjoying.
It was abundantly clear that the comfort and enjoyment of regular guests took a backseat to pandering to Perry's entourage. Families, like mine, who had saved up for a much-needed vacation, were treated as mere inconveniences to be shuffled around at the whims of the "celebrity."
What's worse is that there was no consideration for the disruption this caused to families and vacationers. It was all about catering to the demands of the so-called "stars" while the rest of us were left feeling like second-class citizens in our own supposed paradise.
To add insult to injury, we were expected to feel privileged to be in the same vicinity as Tyler Perry and his crew, as if their presence somehow elevated the quality of our stay. I can assure you that I have no intention of watching "Destination Wedding" after the appalling treatment we endured.
In conclusion, Atlantis has not only failed in providing basic hospitality but has also shown a blatant disregard for the needs and comfort of its paying guests. Until they prioritize customer satisfaction over celebrity pandering, I urge travelers to steer clear of this establishment. Your vacation should be about relaxation and enjoyment, not frustration and disappointment.

An Unforgettable Luxurious Experience at Atlantic The Royal Dubai!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Atlantic The Royal Dubai and it was an absolute dream come true. The first thing that mesmerized me was the stunning view from my room. The panoramic vistas of the city skyline and the shimmering sea were simply breathtaking.
The facilities at the hotel were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail and the level of comfort provided was truly commendable.
The service offered by the hotel staff was exemplary. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. From the warm welcome at the reception to the prompt room service, every interaction was met with a smile.
While the price may be a bit higher compared to other options, I can confidently say that the experience was worth every penny. The level of luxury and the exceptional service provided made it a truly memorable stay.
