I am lucky to have traveled a lot and have stayed in some gorgeous places. Atelier Playa Mujeres tops them all. The warm hospitality, the staff bending over backwards to make sure my friend and I had everything we needed, and the gorgeousness of the entire resort, from our enormous junior suite (with balcony) to the quiet pool, the lovely and varied restaurants and the stunning beach.
The food was amazing, with a special shout-out to Mercado 19, where we had the most delicious Mexican food (nothing like what we get in my neck of America). The breakfast buffet was incredible with such variety of fruit, juices, any type of breakfast food you can name. Every server was so friendly and warm. We felt like VIPs and utterly cherished guests. Can't say enough about the quality of all aspects of this place. We will definitely go again.

The hotel is wonderful. Great design and decoration, modern, clean, and lots of options for meals, drinks and swimming.
Our butlers Rodolfo and Cristal were amazing and took care of everything for us. This team makes a great place even better! We will be requesting them on our next visit.
Overall, the entire staff were amazing, especially at the beach and around the pools. A special thanks to Julio at the quiet pool for being so attentive and always checking in to ask if we needed anything, and to the entire staff at the steakhouse for making our visit to your restaurant the best of our stay!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres. The resort itself is beautiful and very well kept. We stayed in a jr. suite and absolutely loved the room! We mostly hung out by the beach during the day and the service was excellent. Julio was our waiter most days and his service went above and beyond what we expected! The food here is incredible and we enjoyed every meal we had! We can’t wait t to plan our next vacation here!

We have been to many nice resorts. Atelier was our favorite. The property is beautiful, upscale while still relaxing. The restaurant selection was exceptional. I love that even the lowest level room is a beautiful suite. My employees loved their king ocean view suites.
My wife and I thought the rooftop suite was so cool! Incredible views and so nice to have a private place to relax.
Rodolfo and Cristal, our butlers, were amazing. Very kind, professional, and accommodating. They would anticipate needs at time. They even hunted down White Monster for us, just because we asked if they had it. They went to several stores on their own time to surprise us!
We liked the activities provided. The activities staff was SO fun! High energy and kind.
The pottery class was lots of fun, the mother and daughter duo that runs it were so fun.
We plan to bring an even bigger group back next time!

P.S. the spa is ridiculously awesome. The aqua treatment wasn’t something we really looked forward to and it was incredible. We plan to do more at the spa next time!

Wonderful experience. Our butlers were fantastic. The only complaint is we paid a lot of money for a room with a hot tub and they turn it off at 9 PM should be accessible all night long, but with exception of that it was the most fantastic experience they could have on honeymoon. The food is probably for the best food that we ever got was the room service unbelievable flame mignon the specialty restaurants were OK.
