We stayed at this resort for 7 days. Checkout was fairly straight forward.we stayed at room 3107 . Lovely room, special mention of our room cleaner Mohamed Omar who was very attentive and professional, excellent at his towel folding skills. He was always asking if we needed anything and was very helpful. All the staff work tirelessly and entire resort is spotless with various swimming pools, slides and good food options throughout the day. Perfect family holiday as my 5 year old loved it. Will definitely be recommending this place.There are lot of great food options to choose from with drinks & ice-cream throughout the day and all the excursions were not too far. Overall really great place to stay.

The hotel is lovely and amazing for families with kids. You have many pools and slides to chose from. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I am a coffee junkie and gladly I wasn’t disappointed. The food variety could have been better but they offer a huge choice so you can easily do 1 week. We stayed two weeks so I wished for some variety. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I can highly recommend the place.

The reception gent was superb - he quickly sorted our double room to twin beds and when he heard it was my daughters birthday he arranged a cake. He also extended our check out as we had a late afternoon flight. The all-inclusive aspect of this resort makes it an an easy holiday. The room was luxurious and the bathroom sparkling clean. We sat out on our balcony every day. The food was delicious. The water park so fun and the evening entertainment was well-timed and lots of fun. We only occasionally left the resort as it had so much to keep us happy.

Such a beautiful hotel, the staff are amazing and accomadating to your every need. Apart from the Russian and Polish guest which are rude I have no other problems about the hotel itself. The entertainment team are lively and always full of energy engaging with all guests. I've had such a beautiful experience and I would definitely come back

Love eating at the main restaurant. The staff go above and beyond to serve you and smile despite working so hard!. Hubby lives the upstairs seafood one best- do check it out of you love fish! Great location and shuttle is fab to visit beach sister hotel to snorkled and see the fish! Cool!
