I stayed at the hotel for three nights, the location of the hotel is in Naama Bay Beach, there are shopping stores, cafes and beaches around the hotel, it is right in the center, the location is very nice, the hotel has a very beautiful beach right by the beach, the pool and rooms are very nice, I stayed in the sport area deluxe section, all I stayed in exclusive accommodation, drinks are used as local drinks. Normally I only drink important drinks, but I was not bothered by local drinks and drank them with pleasure. The pool is nice and has 3 slides. The hotel has food and drink all day long. I was very pleased during my stay at the hotel. The staff do their best to make you happy. They do their best, they are very helpful, Ms. Katerine, the guest relations manager, is a very good person. She loves her job and helps you in every way to make your holiday go well, as does the general manager of the hotel, and thanks to these people, your holiday is much more meaningful and beautiful. All the staff are very helpful and everything. Thank you for your stay, you can easily stay in this hotel.

I stayed one week in April 2024 and it really was the best place I have ever stayed at. Exceptionally well maintained, very pleasant atmosphere, the staff is all very attentive, i especially got very good help from Katerina. The Libaneese restaurant is delicious and lively and the two waiters were so nice. The main restaurant is also very very good. I enjoyed the lounge area and the spa too. The treatments are very good quality. It is an excellent resort without a doubt and I hope to come back soon!

This is the oldest of all the resorts in S-E-S, and it shows....especially in the rooms. Beware of the "standard" room, you're likely to get a 40-year old room that is worn and stylistically out of date. Painfully small shower!!!
Pool and beach area closes before sunset. Why??! The exterior of the resort looks very white, pristine, and tranquil. Walkways are falling apart here and there, but overall exterior has a very pleasant.
Breakfast and dinner buffet are standard. The variety is varied enough so that anybody can find something to nibble on.
It's the room! If you are expecting a luxury resort, you may be incredibly disappointed in the quality of the rooms!
Staff is wonderful, kind, helpful, and extremely friendly.

Perfectly placed hotel at Naama bay. The location in the lively area with a variety of shops and cafes allows walking a lot while enjoying the view in complete safety. Some rooms have been renovated , some haven't but it doest influence the impression. The territory is beautiful and green. The swimming pools are heated, the sea has a reef but the beach is sandy and one doesn't need any special shoes to swim. The food is great, the choice is wide and all dishes are delicious. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly

Katerina in reception makes our holiday perfect. She helped us out evertime. Tough we bombarded her with a lot of questions, she didn’t hesitate to answer in every minute. Hotel’ locations and beach are beatiful. Also Qaffar in itallian restourant is so kind person, arranged a birthdate cake for my baby. I cought a great video and memory. Many thanks for everthing
