Really enjoyable and relaxing stay here for a week. The staff were super polite, friendly, helpful, and any minor niggles sorted immediately with no hassle. The food was great, huge selection, freshly prepared for each meal. The rooms were a decent size with good amenities (bath and shower, TV, safe, balcony, kettle, fridge, 3 litres bottled water everyday in your room). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a supermarket and 25 minutes from the beach.

Hotel Spa was ok. Steam room door needs replacing. Lady gave me a massage she was very good! Unfortunately jacuzzi jets didn't all work and temperature was not hot enough for a enjoyable experience.

Great staff Relaxing hotel just what we wanted. Alcohol options not the beat but you oay for what you get and this was very reasonably priced. The pool choice was great. The Al a carte dinner that you get once per stay was yummy. The all inclusive buffet was okay, not much choice but again there was always something to eat and for what we paid was good. The rooms were basic and coukd do with a little tlc. We had an amazing relaxing holiday, spent most of the time around the meditation pool and the staff there were great. Adored everything about this hotel. It is located near local shops if you get peckish. 10 min walk approx from the wonderful beach. The staff really do make the hotel. They can't do enough for the customers and only want to please and see a smile on a face. The catering staff do a wonderful job to make sure there is an abundance of food for every pallete. Big shout out to our now family friend Mahmoud. ❤️ The entertainment staff are nothing short of machines. Always on the move and making sure the customers are interacted with and despite clearly working very long hours always had a smile on their faces and a bounce in their steps. The rooms are fresh and clean and nothing is ever an issue for the staff. Abdallah is a genius with a towel. We had a different animal in our room every single day. The hotel is immaculate in appearance and presented extremely well. Even with this being our first trip here, we're already looking at dates to visit again. Thank you all for the holiday of a lifetime and we will see you all again very soon. ❤️❤️❤️

It's my second time in Il mercato hotel and spa. We Love it for so many great reasons, Food is amazing, chef Ismail is an expert cook who knows how to bring people to their kitchen. The staff is very friendly, they always give an outstanding customer service! the hotel is under new management, Mr. Mohamed the new manager is adding new Entertainments that makes my family very happy and busy all day. Thank you everyone who is working for Il mercato hotel and spa ❤️
