Lovely hotel,great service,very good food,clean rooms very comfortable. The hotel would benefit from having a couple of lifts. It is mostly wheelchair accessible but you have to go around. One slope is particularly steep. Also having a floor level shower for disabled guests would be really beneficial. My husband struggled in the bath tube a lot. Otherwise staff went above and beyond and we will definitely be going back in the future. Can highly recommend. It would be great to have currency exchange in the reception.The ATM was ok to withdraw money from the card but it was never working for currency exchange.

Lovely place for holiday. Great atmosphere 👌 great team in this resort very helpful and very polite. The room was spotless everyday. The food was OK 👍 the bar staff were great .also we had a good entertainment everyday. Great great hotel would recommend it. 👌

Excellent staff- wether in restaurant, bar, cleaning, admin, agriculture, engineering or other. Big smiles all round. 👏 Gardens are excellent. Food very good. Reception area very welcoming My room big, clean, and spacious - but dated. Bathroom functional - but needs upgrading

This is very nice hotel,good service only problem is entertainment is not enough and its far at the beach, also when you take all inclusive package generally flights are late in night but their checkout time is 12pm after that they ask £5 per hour for late checkout, we had flight at 10 pm so we did checkout at 3pm paid £15 extra for 3 hours. Overall experience was great.

I spent a week here with my mum and we absolutely loved it. The staff all went above and beyond on ALL departments. The food was beautiful and there was plenty of different options every day - we did not find it repetitive. Lots of options for drinks, great entertainment, A la carte options, 5 swimming pools and a private beach! We had something different to do everyday The rooms and hotel were clean and well kept, the staff worked hard to keep this hotel looking lovely as well as making guests happy. We will definitely be returning here.
