This place is incredible... all inclusive, the range of food is spectacular with delicious everything, a mini bar that is topped up daily, a very extensive range of alcohol, including all the brands you'll ever want. Extremely friendly and polite staff who really give their best to ensure you have a great time. Beautiful hotel, lovely views across azure sea with stunning sunsets. We spent £700 each including hotel tax, flights, transfers for ten nights. It's actually cheaper to live here all inclusive than the UK and have a much, much better quality of life. Gym, swimming pools, all you could ever need. How they make a profit is difficult to understand. Very highly recommended, I'm extremely impressed with everything here.

We had a family great time at Akti Imperial. The food was plentiful and of a lot of variety, very tasty, something for everyone . Accommodation was conformable, and although it was a land view, it was lovely to admire. Entertainment for all ages a pool for all groups . The gym had what was needed for a good workout . The location was great, short drive to the old town and town and close proximity to the airport .

Absolutely loved everything about Hotel .5 star .Food so much choice sometimes some could not very hot but absolutely delicious and so much choice . Rooms were lovely, house keeping were really good always stocking up . Staff was super friendly,especially at the coffee bar .and bar staff . Entertainment were very good not pushy if you didnt want to join in 👍 we especially loved watching the Zumba and her team Only 1 thing I would asked to be sorted out minor complaint is the locks or lack of them in the public toilets . Overall would recommend and definitely come back 😊

Stunning location with beautiful sea views. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Lots of entertainment especially for the kids. The food court buffet is absolutely lovely with many varieties of different foods and deserts. 5 star rating for a 5star hotel. 👌🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is nowhere near a 5star hotel. The rooms are thick with dust, the beds are uncomfortable and the bedding only covers 3/4 of the bed, the wardrobe had been repaired leaving the points of the screws sticking out. The safe is on the floor making it difficult to use. The shower is so badly designed that when you use it more water ends up on the floor than down the drain and due to the glass bathroom door having a gap at the bottom the water runs out into the bedroom. All the public toilets have glass doors with very few having working locks so no privacy and anyone can see directly in. The food is ok on the limited occasions that you are lucky enough to have something hot but there is a limited choice. The hot food is put out up to an hour before serving. The dining room is too small for the amount of guests. This is made worse by the fact that a certain demographic of guests think it is acceptable to spend their entire evening sat at the tables without eating, meaning the rest of the guests have to queue up outside waiting for the very few remaining tables in order to eat. You can see this annoys the staff but the restaurant managers won't do anything about it. It is supposed to be all inclusive plus which means you can get branded drinks which you only get if you stand at the bar and watch over them. Also at the bars they prefer you use the waiter service which is fine if you are prepared to wait around 20 minutes for a drink that is if you can get their attention in the first place. There are speciality restaurants but eat at your own risk. The two near the adult pool (red dragon and the greek restaurant) uses the same kitchen that serves food during the day and it is open to public view so at night whilst sat at the bar you can watch the staff. On one night there were four members of staff on duty, a fifth member of staff walked in helped himself to some of the food that was being served to the guests at no point washing his hands. Of the four members of staff already there one licked his fingers between serving each plate with his hands, two of them at one point had their fingers up their noses. At no point did any member of them washed their hands. Their was one member of staff did wear a pair of gloves. The majority of staff were friendly and very pleasant. There are two areas with night time entertainment which was enjoyable but poorly advertised. We definitely won't be going back to that hotel but will probably be going back to Rhodes.
