Great experience overall. Good price for a location. My room was clean but lacked a fridge or a microwave. Free circus shows are pretty fun, I'd recommend checking them out even if you don't stay here. Food had some vegetarian options, which is somehow a rare thing for a strip and also a few budget friendly ones. Staff was helping and friendly.

We, a group of 4 stayed in the casino tower rooms, floor 12 for Sick New World festival 2024. We were pleasantly surprised by the room, comfy beds, working a/c, fine basic bathroom, only 3 towels but we made due. Basic TV that worked fine. Free self parking and car was totally fine upon returning to it, though the parking structure had many large puddles on account of recent rain that night. Customer service at front desk self check in was absolutely wonderful, check in process went smoothly though the id scan took a couple good tries. Casino was simple to navigate and wasn't too overwhelming with smoke. Casino was also kind to our group as 2 of the 4 of us hit a minor on our first night. Food options were plentiful and cheap which we also appreciated, lines got long during the weekend peak hours but we were in and out of the Starbucks in the morning in 10 minutes. Honestly loved our stay and whenever we find ourselves attending a show at the festival grounds we will be staying in the casino tower again. It is just right across the street for those shows.

I’ve had the opportunity to stay in various hotels outside of the US, having experienced various levels of service and quality. However, my recent stay at this establishment has been a stark contrast to my previous experiences, and unfortunately not in a positive way. The hotel was overcrowded specifically at the elevators, creating an environment that was far from the tranquil, relaxing atmosphere one would expect from a hotel.
The cleanliness, or rather the lack thereof, was another major issue. There was a persistent, unpleasant odor permeating the entire hotel, and it wasn’t just the smell of cigarette and we’d, a smell that was hard to shake off even after leaving the premises. It's safe to say, the overall hygiene standards of the hotel were far below acceptable.
The rooms were no better. The sheets on the beds were questionable in their cleanliness, so much so that even my children were hesitant to sleep between them.
This hotel was a severe disappointment. It failed to meet even the basic standards of cleanliness and comfort, making our stay an unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise potential visitors to consider other options for their stay. I, for one, have experienced far better service and quality!

It was our first time at this hotel and it was a severe disappointment. This place failed to meet even the basic standards of cleanliness and comfort, making our stay an unpleasant experience. There was a leak in room and pool services; room was prepared for one person while we were two. Shower was dripping all the time. Something was making noise by hitting the floor all night. dirt got stuck on our feet because of dirty carpet, spots on linens, very dirty chairs. The bedside clock, the safe and table lamps were not working. There were no (don’t disturb/ clean room) cards on the door. Room service never cleaned the room during the three nights stay. Pool was a big mess, children were in the jacuzzi without any supervision, and adults were swimming in the pool wearing their underwear!!!! A Dipper was on the floor during the day and no one picked it up! The men's restroom at the pool area was very dirty and urinals were jammed and flooding, in general very dirty restrooms. Once we called room service asking for towels they didn’t bring them and we had to call back again.. and the one who answered the call wasn't professional and I would say careless, really rude and with a tone saying “ you called us during shifting and you should wait”!!! They brought them one hour later.
And on the last day of our stay and before 11am, room service just came into my room and without my permission or following the known Protocol by knocking and waiting before entering the room while my partner was just leaving the shower naked!!!!
Also whatever they mentioned on their website regarding casino loyalty membership was very NOT true, as we made the cards and there were no welcoming T-shirts nor points or any of what was mentioned about!
To be honest, it was a horrible experience and I would never come back there again or recommend it to anyone I know

We were in town for a music festival at the festival grounds right next door.
We couldn't have been happier with our stay.
Were some things outdated? Sure, but for the price and the location sometimes you pick and choose. I thought it was quirky and charming. It was fun and lively. It was a fun place to be! So different from the norm. We always felt safe on the property and it was close to many cool things on the strip!
Our rooms were clean. We loved the games and stores. We had ample choices for genuinely good food at all hours of the day and night.
Our view was perfect, we got to see the whole festival being set up, and that was so fun and worth the stay in and of itself.
Mainly I want to praise the wonderful Sophia at the front desk. Being our first time in Vegas, we were completely overwhelmed at check in and she really took her time to explain the layout of not only the massive building, but of the city itself. She gave wonderful suggestions and really just went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She was kind, friendly and helpful. She is exactly what this place needs. People coming in need to see what a bright shining star you have working the desk. She's a wonderful face for the front desk.
I couldn't be happier and if we ever come back to Vegas, Circus circus is where I'll be!
Thank you so much, Sophia! I'll never forget my first trip to Vegas and you are a huge reason we had such a good time. 🎪❤️🎪
