Although my stay was barely tolerable, I did not enjoy the Horseshoe Las Vegas.
From the dirty halls & elevators, to the rude housekeeping. Never in all my years have I stayed at a hotel who doesn’t pride itself on cleanliness. To the point that… the dirty hotel & broken elevators became a conversation piece as was guests were waiting for a working elevator. There literally was a line to get on the elevators. I personally had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator; I met an older lady who said she got stuck on the 23rd floor for 15 minutes, because the elevators weren’t working correctly.
Had to wait until after midnight to get into my room because housekeeping decided to come at 11PM and she told me, “if I wanted my room cleaned, I’d have to come back, or she can stop now.” Huh?!!!?????? And mind you… I had to call down 3 times to ask for housekeeping services.
My room was filled with dust – and it makes me cringe to think I was inhaling that the entire time I was there. The photo posted, is an example of what I mean; I left my phone in the room, as I was there for a business conference, and when I returned to my room I saw my phone was covered with dust. Another great conversation piece… my room wasn’t the only room that accumulated dust very quickly. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet didn’t fully flush, the shower head had noticeable hard water stains, the vent in the bathroom had rust stains. The bed had gum stains on it. The door that houses the fridge was broken & wouldn’t fully close. I could go on and on..
I was only here for business, so personally I will never stay at Horseshoe Las Vegas again. I do not recommend this hotel.

Not too shabby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Casino can get a bit smoky. Pool is nice. Good location and fairly easy to get to from the interstate. I do wish that they had a coffee maker in the room. Elevator system kinda sucks. Takes awhile going up or down. I will note I was on the 25th floor.

The room had a great view of the sphere and the high roller. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would say is that they need new hand towels, this were paper thin. I liked how centralized the horshoe is everything. Loved the fact that the you're able to take the rail from here.

Excellent location! Rooms were comfortable with a great view of the Sphere. There were a few things that could be updated, but nothing crazy. For the money it's definitely worth it. I would absolutely stay again.

Stayed here while we were in town to attend Sick New World. Nice rooms and hotel. Great service when we called to get extra pillows. We had a view of the side of The Sphere which was great. Room 713.
