They left a towel a dirty towel in our bathroom. The towel is supposed to be white and it is yellow with hair. Think of that what you will. We tried to call them but either the phone does not work or they do not answer. The front desk was very UNHELPFUL and refused to provide me with a new room. I am very unhappy with this visit and would recommend going some place else if you want to stay in a room that is even remotely “clean”. Still waiting for housekeeping to come pick this up. They did not even clarify or agree to disinfect the area just have housekeeping “come and take a look”.
Update 1: I had to call housekeeping to see if they were coming. When I explained to them the situation, they told me they could bring me towels and could not provide me with a time when someone would stop by. There seems to be only one person in housekeeping at this time servicing the rooms.
Update 2: The person who came from housekeeping is the only nice person who I have encountered here. He was very nice, helpful, and understanding. Everyone else though was extremely rude.

Absolutely do not recommend! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. There are people who appear to be hotel staff but are actually with Take A Break travel at every entrance waiting to hound you and stalk you about ticket vouchers. We were singled out as a young couple and thought the hotel was offering us discount tickets for our honeymoon. Didn’t find out until after swiping my card that it was a timeshare scam. They confront you every time you walk through the lobby. I didn’t witness this at a single other hotel & casino we visited. First hotel I’ve ever seen to not come with a mini fridge, it’s $25/night. Parking is $18-$23 per day. We weren’t here to watch a lot of TV but it was all static. Food crumbs and Q tips under the dresser, the place is filthy. Paid and did tons of research for a view in the royal tower, got a view of a white cement wall. Staff is extremely rude. Pool was decent. We mostly hung out across the street at MGM. Overall 4/10, do not think it’s worthwhile if you want a decent stay.

I didn't go in the casino I went to the pool and it was great. The service was amazing and easy on the eyes. Great prices on drinks and food. The pool was very relaxing. You could hangout in the 10in section or go to the 4ft second and relax. Truly an amazing place, will be going back soon now that's it's starting to warm up. Oh if you are in the 18 & up section, please make sure you have your required wrist band or you will be asked to leave that area since it is a requirement for that area.

The rooms were nice, but the TV could really use an update as there's no streaming nor anything on it of that sort. I was on the 22nd floor which is a nice view from up high. The air conditioner worked really well and the bed was very comfy.
The service was great, allowing a later check-in and later check out for fairly cheap.
The location was pretty good overall being on the strip in an area allowing easy access to the freeway and most areas around the city.

Self Parking is $18 a night in the garage. They do have two drop off locations, one in the front near the strip and one in the back by the garage. We originally got a room that faced the roof of the building so we "upgraded" to a double queen room that faced the strip. Though it was a better view, the room was not an upgrade in my opinion. Fortunately, we didn't really spend a whole lot of time in the room so it didn't really matter. We stayed for four nights and overall I think it worked out well. The adult section is worth the cost at the pool. We were convinced to sign up for a timeshare presentation and in exchange, we got food vouchers, a Visa gift card of $25 and another two-night stay that you have to use within 12 months of activation. So long as you're okay spending 2 hours of your vacation listening to a guy trying to convince you to pay thousands of dollars a year to rent hotel rooms. Basically the free stuff we got in return was worth it. Plus we got our $50 deposit back. Also, we were told that they do not work for the hotel but they also don't work for the people running the timeshare. I would do it all again in a heartbeat 😁
