So disappointed. Look, I know staff is super busy and have to put up with a lot from patrons. I get it.
Room staff were fantastic.
Reception were pretty good.
The parking is a total nightmare and getting out of the place with cards that don't work is really annoying.
The buzzer for help, the speaker is really low, so you can't hear instructions.
Validated parking is a joke.
No lift for the number 1 carpark.
It really made my stay very unhappy.
Rooms are nice though.
Value is good if you don't care about horrible parking.

It was my first time in Las Vegas. I went for work to attend the NAB Show. With the impression that everything in The Strip is opulent and over the top (which I can confirm it actually is), I found this hotel like behind others. I can't compare apples to apples because I haven't stayed in any other hotel there. All I can say is that the room looks old. Outlets on the night table lamp simply did not work and I couldn't put my phone to charge. I have to disconnect the actual lamp from the wall outlet and connect my phone charger. Shower curtains fly off after the shower is running. It created a draft. Even though I went there without any expectations, I was really expecting more. Hope it changes for others.

How can a hotel in Vegas not have room service?! You can order through their web page, but have to go pick it up, don't be fooled. Also, no fridges - even in Suites? The good about this place is location and price (compared to others). Rooms are small but nice. My view (single king suite) was of the parking garage, which is quiet but the windows don't even crack so I don't think noise would be an issue regardless. Love the automated check in/out process. Lots of great restaurants and things to do without ever leaving the building! Easy access, directly on the strip for whatever your heart desires! Thank you Linq staff it has been great. Fix the room service, I would have ordered many times if it was possible. It's crazy to not have. Hire 1 person to make room runs. Come on.....

The location is great, right on the center of the strip. Also, there is an alley of shops right beside it, which had many stores and restaurants, including my favourite In-N-Out Burger. 🍔❤️
For an affordable hotel, the room was very spacious and appeared clean. I was pleasantly impressed. No balcony, but I can live with that. However, the first time we walked into the room, my husband stepped on something hard and sticky. Definitely not from our shoes because we took off the shoes at the door. Took a photo of it once thrown in garbage. Then, immediately, we noticed cashew nuts on the floor around the bed. They appeared quite visible, so I was confused about how they missed it. 🙄. Thank God none of us had nut allergy.
We left some tips for the housekeeping the following day. Returned to hotel and the room was clean except for them cashew nuts. We lived with it for the remaining stay.
Otherwise, it is a good place for a budget hotel. I felt safe while staying here. Staff were friendly when approached.

I stayed here with friends May 2-5 this year, and I'm beyond disappointed. Honestly, I'm embarrassed, because I was the one to choose this hotel. I stayed here a few years prior and it was great for the price, but not this time. Our room was never cleaned, even after specifically requesting it to be. There was black water gurgling up through the sink pipes in the bathroom (which maintenance did come to fix), and it still wasn't cleaned after that! I voiced my complaint to registration when checking out, and was promised I'd be contracted by the housekeeping department to discuss. Of course that never happened. There are definitely better hotels in the area for the price.
