Overall, it’s a good hotel. It’s a bit remote and you need to expect to travel if you want to get out. They have some really good facilities. The spa was good and the bar on the beach is a nice touch. The staff were really good, rooms were modern and cleaned daily. The only downside was the food. There wasn’t much variety. You find some dishes you like and you eat them everyday. All in all though, I found it great value for the money and would come back again.

It was a good stay. Not much to do inside. Entertainment was great. Location was OK nothing around it. Food could have been better not much veg options. Breakfast was the same everyday. They have a Turkish pancake stall next to rhe beach which was yum.

Good clean hotel, the only issue it’s next to the motorway, so when sat having drinks you might as well be at Leicester Forest East services. The food was good, lots of choice. The rooms are cleaned daily and you get free water bottles in your fridge. Just the location next to main road lets the hotel down. Easy to get into Alanya on the local bus for 35 lira. Stayed in the annex building, not main hotel and preferred it as it’s quieter but still great views of the sea.

Rude staff, managers dont have customer relation skills. I go turkey every year enjoy everytime. But this hotel and its management let me down big time this year. Language barrier ! Almost same food everyday! Supposed to 5 star but services like 3 star hotel. Indoor pool freezing cold 🥶 requested couple of times to put heating on but we been ignored. Only thing i like in this hotel is shower and beach. 🚿

Where shall i begin, this is my first time to Turkey what a negative experience I had. Firstly when we checked in it took forever to get the key to our room, once inside the room smelt like sweat, the beds wasn’t made, not enough blankets on the beds, bathroom was mediocre, never enough toilet tissue, mini fridge rarely refilled. Now the food🤢🤣 I understand trying different foods but on the night we came, nothing was there to eat, stale bread and some cheese strings to put inside, the restaurant to eat in was smelt of this cheese avoid at all costs. Next day for launch you will find yourself eating 100% of the time chips and nuggets and burger keep in mind everything is the frozen stuff or days old nuggets harder than a gold ball. The variety non existent same stuff always and old! Everything looks like a dog’s breakfast! You won’t even want to try it. No authentic Turkish foods all food is bland, my son had a piece of grilled chicken when i smelt the chicken after he complained I smelt the chicken it was eggs🤢. Drinks. Watered down, if your expecting a waiter to come and ask for your order think again, the beer 🤮 hot cups with warm drinks. The cups are stained, i mean clear cups gone brown. One bar inside, one bar pool side, no bar on the beach only coke, sprite. The beach has no activities other than vollyball once a day. You can pay an extortionate amount to use a jetski for 10 minutes ( have deep pockets ). Entertainment team will flirt with any girl they see even married/partners they dont respect anybody without an hidden agenda i was shocked how they try to flirt and finesse young girls exchange numbers so they can meet them in their bedroom. They are dirty dogs, they look at women as play things. You can blatantly see them perv regardless if they have partners. They have white and red shirts on typically and one had the audacity to tell me that he took a girl who was staying here to the beach and made out with her in public 😳 with no remorse he was laughing as he did say he did this many times. Woman be aware, they will try to take you to a local club for €15 who knows what happens over there. Almost forgot the staff are pretty much drunk as well. The atm machine outside the hotel will charge you 80% on whatever you withdraw for example £10 transaction sets you back £18. Hotel staff are rude receptionist are super rude, they are ruthless, they pretend that they don’t understand, they hope you never approach them as it means they have to do there job. Oh i almost forgot the towels they give stink🤢. We got charged for late check out apparently, no phone call was given prior to check out time, however they was adamant that we had to pay €30 we all went back and forth. In the end she said they phoned us 15 times😂 which was a lie. If your prepared to come here bring your own entertainment, bring extra money so you can pay for food outside. Do your research! If the main hotel is full they have rooms over the road, no views no nothing. If your of colour, say your prayer, the racism you will face is astonishing, this isn’t the first time you will hear of this, just filter through the reviews.
