Let me start by saying that the hotel and the entire service
They create a fantastic place where you can relax and have fun. The hotel is clean and well-kept, the rooms are equipped with standard equipment, the fridge is refilled every day. The service is always smiling and helpful. The hotel is made up of really wonderful people who try their best to make our stay pleasant. I will come back and recommend it to my friends because it is really worth it. However, you should take more care of the tiles around the pools, they are extremely slippery and dangerous. The one biggest minus of this hotel, in my opinion, are irresponsible parents. I really understand that you are on vacation, but you have children, don't forget about it and don't sit with them on the sofas in the bar until they fall asleep, because it's an unpleasant sight. There is a bar and a disco in the hotel until 1 a.m. and you also come there with your children, where it is very noisy. Dear parents, I am calling for more common sense. This is my second time with my family at Aska Lara and it’s nothing but brilliance. We love it here so much due to their incredible hospitality and endless entertainment. The rooms are in immaculate condition and the service is second to none. Define in my top 3 places ever and would recommend it to anyone out there family, couple or single.

If you’re looking for a hotel in Turkey that is 3.5/4 star at a push and is full with rough family’s, kids running everywhere and below average food then this hotel is for you. We were disappointed as we had very high hopes before coming here. All reviews are 5 star but this is certainly not a 5 star experience. The hotel appears classy and elegant however after 10 minutes of stepping through the door you are welcomed by screaming kids, miserable staff and loud mouthed family’s. Location is also poor if you like to look around the shops you will need to be prepared to walk 45 minutes (however this does not affect everyone and just a personal preference to ourselves). Of course there are a few staff members, cleaners etc who are lovely but I wouldn’t go as far as to say it is a 5 star service. We unfortunately won’t be staying here again and will definitely be booking an adults only hotel in the future.

Overall, a pleasant stay at the hotel although there's so many points that they could improve on.
On check in, very smooth and taken to the room quite swiftly. However, they don't really provide you with hotel facilities and information on where you can obtain this. I had to go round and find it out myself.
Breakfast is really good, but lunch and dinner is basic even though there is a good selection it's quite bland and the same thing every day. On the flip side, there's always spaces and staff are attentive to you, providing you table service drinks. There are lots of highchairs for babies/toddlers placed all around.
Room service was really well done and topped up the mini bar every day.
Advice for anyone wishing to take part in any excusions/activities/hotel transfers I would stronly avoid doing it through the hotel as the prices are extortionate and you can save so much money by just venturing out.

Absolute trash hotel don’t stay here and save yourself. From the moment you enter, the lobby has no ac. It’s summer it’s hot outside and the hotel doesn’t have ac. Now mix no ac with kids and adults in their wet swimsuits. It smells like absolute trash and it’s so ghetto. It’s not even on the beach you have to walk 10 mins across the busy street or take a shuttle. The people in the food area grab the food with their bare hands and then put it back if they don’t want it anymore, 0 cleanliness. We got there and had to wait to check in, so we toured the hotel, after seeing everything we ran back cancelled the check in and went to IC Green Palace hotel. 1000x better. Trust me you get what you pay for, pay the $50 more per day and get an actual resort instead of some dirty musty motel type place by the beach.
Only upside was that the hotel staff was understanding that we did not want to stay and let us leave without any issue.
