Currently staying in this hotel and have another 7 nights to go.
Two things that are definitely 5* about this hotel are the gym, which is top notch and has all the equipment you need.
Also the Spa, the staff here are fantastic, I am half way through a 4 massage package that I bought from them, Typhoon (the masseuse) he is absolutely the best, well worth the money and definitely 5*. The other staff in the Spa are also excellent, the hammam was just what I needed and delivered with a smile.
The rooms, food, pools and beach are all great too!
Definitely be back again in the future.

We got the economy room while we had a reservation for a king sized bed room. The manager just avoided us to get rid of us. The hotel is really loud and not family friendly at all. The show does not stop until late in the night and people keep drinking in the lobby so you can hear everything in the rooms, it is not calm at all. It is full of seniors who would probably have liked some calm. If you are on the street side, just know that you will not be able to sleep because of traffic and police interventions in the night.
The food is good is general but not a lot of meat and we got food poisoning. It you stay even minutes after 12 pm on your check out day they will charge you 10 Euros. Everything inside (shops, services…) are tourist priced so everything is expensive since multiplied by at least 3.

Great hotel. Rooms need work as issues with bathroom smell and sounds from other rooms you can hear everything however the food in the hotel is phenomenal and I'm still talking about the fried liver 11 months later. Will return and have since recommended to my family

It was amazing in terms of everything! Food was great and was different every day!! Kids show was a life-saver! I loved the Castival Fun team, and Nurella is a great animator. Our kids were engaged in every activity. Muattar is a great guest relations employee as she was giving a special treat for every single one of us! The service is 10/10 and I liked that we could find a waiter any time.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 week, definitely enjoyed the stay and would come back however have a few things to comment on.
Cons:
- My partner and I were by the pool our first morning after arriving late the night prior. A worker came by and spoke to us and requested we wrote a review there and then, after advising we had only just arrived we didn’t feel ready to review but felt pressured to do so with the worker asking again. We didn’t do so, but some reviews may not reflect a true experience of the hotel if they are requested to after just arriving.
- a couple of times when going to reception, we were ignored and one occasion a worker put his finger up to us to stop talking. We were not rude, we had only asked a question. However other times we had no issues and met some helpful reception staff.
- my partner booked in for a massage, he bought option 3 which was the most expensive. He did not receive the full package he had bought and did not think the money was worth it. He went to a local masseuse 2 mins walk from the hotel and for only one third of the money the hotel package cost, he had a much better experience and even returned again.
- we did feel that our room looked a bit run down. The wall lamps were lopsided and would not stay straight, the bedside table was also squint and could not be fixed. We were given a room which had a locked joining door the room next door and could hear everything (likely both ways) but this affected our sleep as the persons snoring was so loud. Obviously this is not the hotel’s fault but we would prefer to not have had a room with the door.
- our beds were very uncomfortable and felt solid. Definitely not 5 star hotel standard.
- we were very much looking forward to attending the a la carte and had booked in for this, but received a message in our room that it would not be open due to not enough guests booking in. I didn’t feel the a la carte was well advertised as when speaking to others they had no idea it was there.
- we definitely preferred the cocktails at the lobby bar, but felt that we would stand there for a while before eventually being served, despite being the only people there and the workers making eye contact with us.
- we didn’t really enjoy the beach restaurant.
- the night buffet that is advertised seems more than it is, it’s really just some cold meats and cheeses.
Pros:
- We enjoyed the buffet and felt there was always something different to eat every night. Didn’t get sick of it like you can at some all inclusive.
- the bar staff at the pool bar during the day and at night were mostly friendly and happy to chat to you.
- The staff at the pool food station were very friendly and made some good food.
- The animation team were great fun especially on a night out! They definitely made our stay much better and it was great getting to know them. They make us want to come back!
Overall we did enjoy our holiday but that was due to the people we met, animation team and visiting the old town on a few nights. I do feel that the reviews on Google do not provide a true reflection of the hotel.
