Unfortunately I would not return to this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it either. Ultimately it lacks a lot for a 5 star hotel. Its reality is that it is a 3 star hotel, easy jet need to address this with Vasia directly as we felt it was rather misleading. They desperately need to work on giving guests better and fuller information. The staff (not reception) and the food quality and choice are very helpful to this hotel otherwise I fear its reviews would be of a very low score. A more detailed review is on trip advisor.

I’m only giving this a 4 star rating because I’m a solo traveler. The all inclusive is great, the food and drinks are great although the all inclusive cocktail list could be a bit better with all the ingredients they have. The location is perfect as it’s next to the port and coastline. The nearest beach is an 18 minute walk away but I suggest getting some surfer shoes as the pebbles will destroy your feet, and the staff were amazing! You cannot fault them!
The only downside to this hotel as a solo travel who is an adult is that all the activities is aimed for families and their kids but that’s their main demographic I guess. Also do not come early may as no where is open and I’m Sisi, there’s nothing to do other than drink and eat at a few locations that are open. I walked to the next town/city Malia which is an 1 and half walk along the coast and it was the same, everywhere closed.
If you want to come to Crete with a family, come to this resort; If you’re a solo traveler, come here during the summer in a bigger city.

Great hotel and lovely food cannot fault it, staff are great if there is a problem they will help to resolve it straight away. Location is a bit poor but a beautiful place

On arrival staff were happy and cheerful to greet us even in early hours of the morning with a bag of food due to the restaurants being closed with a drink and a sandwich.
During our stay we couldn’t fault anything, rooms were lovely, staff were excellent beyond what we were expected. During our stay one of our party had a bad turn due to choking at dinner but every staff member tried to help and we couldn’t have been more appreciative!! In particular to this incident there was one gentleman which was staff, with dark hair young and very polite he quickly tried his best to resolve this issue without hesitation🫶🏽
Staff were very friendly and we couldn’t have met nicer people during this stay which really made our holiday 10 times better. We can’t wait for our return and this is because of the staff and the hotel, I hope every single one of them get the praise they deserve. If I could leave higher than 5* review then I would!
There was also a lady with blonde curly hair that was just working at the hotel for a few weeks if I’m not mistaking. She went above and beyond for us during our stay she will be remembered.

Very satisfied by their food quality (salade, fresh juice, fruit, fish, all kinds of meat) and friendly & helpful staffs. My children give high rating to their Kids Club activities. The location is between Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos, but it is almost impossible to travel to the touristic sites at West of Crete (3 hr by car, single way). There is not much to see around hotel except a small but beautiful town Sisi. The 3 swimming pools are good, though not top level. Next to the sea but pity there is no sand beach nearby. The room (ours is a budget room) is very basic, this is one of the two reasons that I give 4 stars (another reason is the location).
