Firstly we arrive and our door to our hotel room in broken and we are left waiting an hour to get in till they found the actually key. In this time we wasn’t offered so much as a drink after our long travel and was told no where to get a drink we would have to wait till the morning.
The city tax in the hotel was €70 which is the most I’ve paid anywhere.
The shower is the room on arrival in addition to the door being broken was also broken and only put out cold water.
The bathroom and room were dirty and unclean and the room was so tiny!
I had organised the balloons directly for the hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday that they never did.
The bed was just two singles put together and would come apart all the time.
The private pool was dirty and although on there website it says the heating in the pool is free this time of year (April to may) they tried to charge us €100 a day for it.
They heated it the first day then turned it off and said it was on when it clearly was not as the pool was ice cold.
The All inclusive was FAR from all inclusive very small select a few things on it. Because we were all inclusive, they would make us wait two hours for drinks!
So we had to go out and spend more money on food and drinks else where.
I feel as those the staff would ignore us because we were all inclusive!
Or maybe because we are British.
The one day at breakfast I asked for a ice coffee to which I was told they don't do they when it's on the all inclusive menu and the girl on the table next to me had one.
The spa was rubbish and very loud.
Overall the stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the
Money at all!
Would never go back or recommend it to anyone awful holiday.

I stayed here for a week with my partner, it was the first holiday without the kids in many years so we wanted something nice.
The hotel was lovely, it was peaceful (what you would expect from adults only), there was a nice feeling of smoothness to our stay.
But for me and my partner the stand out part of our holiday was by far the staff! Very helpful and friendly, paid a lot of detail to everything. Forgive me if I misspell his name, but for us Paris was/is cut from a different cloth! We did a lot on our holiday through his advice, guided us to some incredibly beautiful parts of Crete and told us the best places to eat while in those areas which were amazing.
All the staff were very friendly but at the bliss bar was where the best conversations were had.
Like others have mentioned the all inclusive package is misleading as many items were not included in this, we didn’t find this much of a problem though as two of our favourites were on the list(lucky).
I would stay again if only I could get another babysitter :)
Anyone who stays make sure you introduce yourself to Paris, you will get a wealth of knowledge of the island and won’t be disappointed.

I have planned a proposal for two of my friends in this hotel and I couldn't be more happy to have chosen this place.
At first it was planned to take a beach dinner but the weather conditions weren't as planned so we switched inside the restaurant. It was a 7 course menue and they told me it was delicious.
During their dinner date they prepared the room with flower pedals and brought the extern flower bouquet to the room as well. After dinner they entered the room and he popped the question.
The next day at breakfast all the hotel staff new and concratulated her as well.
It was memorable. I can't thank them enough for the good communication and making this day as special as possible for them.
The room we have booked was the Jacuzzi room which has turned out to be perfect because it is very private and due to the weather conditions able to use.

Great 5 star experience and very friendly staff. The hotel is in a quiet area and feels like an escape from the daily stress. Would recommend to everyone to stay here!

We stayed here in October for the second time, it was nice to be back. Great hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are very nice designed. 5-star hotel with everything you need but with a relaxed feeling. Very nice!
