I came here with a few friends for a reasonably priced few days away. I would definitely say you get what you pay for… the food was good and the facilities were very nice as well as the scenery. However, we were told this was an all inclusive, apart from you are unable to order anything apart from beer, wine or soft drinks until 7pm. We also had ants in our room and a very dull smell coming from the drains when showering. The staff weren’t interested in you at all and were not friendly. If you’re looking for something budget friendly, then I’d say this is fine. But it definitely isn’t a 5 star resort!

Lovely hotel lovely staff and great fresh tasty food. We had a private pool that was cleaned every morning by a lovely friendly guy. Absolutely nothing to complain about the whole week. Only thing that slightly took the edge off were English people blasting out dance music and swearing at the top of their lungs a few doors up. It's a peaceful resort if you want a club/music type place then it's not for you. It's nice that it's out the way a bit of any busy loud areas and for that we loved the location.

We stayed here for a week. What worked well: once we were settled in, it was magic. Huge suite with separate sitting room and a private pool. Good range of fresh food and plenty of it. In view of experience of earlier travellers, we avoided the chicken and seafood but there were plenty of alternatives. Staff were super friendly and really seemed to appreciate our efforts to speak Greek. On request cleaning service worked efficiently.
Even better if: check in was a bit strange - there's no info in your room so before you get to recover from the journey, you have to trudge through all the rules and procedures in person with a receptionist. Tough after a lengthy flight and shuttle transfer; most of the info barely went in one ear. Smoking/vaping was permitted or at least tolerated in all outdoor areas - a real issue for us. The resort is a bit remote and the hotel mini-bus driver was surly at best. Hiring a car might be a better option. As to 5-star...well, we certainly didn't pay 5-star prices. We got excellent value for money. Thanks to the staff for making our holiday so good!

Stayed here for a week in April and it was fantastic. The hotel is really relaxing - we had a private pool which was well worth the extra. Food was great and all of the staff were lovely. My biggest advice - ignore a lot of the negative reviews as it made me quite apprehensive before arrival unnecessarily. You'll have a great time here. It is a bit different having to request room service via the online portal, but we did this every couple of days and it worked flawlessly. Whilst it is fairly remote, I highly recommend walking along the river behind the hotel to the local village and picking up some gyros from Πετρόμυλος Ψητοπωλείο. We did hire a car on the island for 11 euro so the remoteness of the hotel didn't bother us and there's plenty of parking on site.

Stayed here for 8 nights with a partner all inclusive.
The staff are very helpful and pleasant.
If your room is a bit of walk to the restaurant there is a golf car going round giving lifts in the morning from what I’ve seen.
The main infinity pool is gorgeous but very cold, I only managed 5 minutes and I consider myself well adjusted to colder waters.
Our room was fairly small, and unfortunately had a few sleepless nights as the walls seem to be made out of paper, could hear literally everything that is going on in the rooms… nevertheless as we mostly spent time outside the room it still provided all the necessary bits.
All inclusive cocktails were a bit of a let down.. seems pre-made mix in bottles and only fill half a glass.
But food choice is brilliant, very clean, plenty of areas to relax in!
I love the cats that are at the hotel lovely company when missing your own pets at home ❤️
