Everything was amazing! I came for my birthday and Julio and Elaine went ABOVE and beyond to make it wonderful! We got daily texts and check ins from Randy and Mabel at the pool bar was our favorite. The place was large enough to never be bored and the shuttle service was key. We will definitely be back and maybe bring the whole family next time! Thanks for the wonderful vacation! Jenny and Will

Jamie (in the lobby of TRS) delivered exceptional service. We will definitely be coming back because of his kindness, accommodation and wonderful smile. This resort was the best one we’ve been too so far. The staff was kind and friendly, the cleanliness was superior and the commodities are wonderful. We loved the spa and all the numerous activities and shows. Our room was directly beside the beach which was the best!!!

We traveled to TRS Turquesa for our 10 year anniversary. The resort was a fantastic environment. Our butler Rodney could not have been any better. He checked in with us several times a day in person and took care of anything we need from extra water in the room, booking dinner reservations and massages. I also recommend the Chic show as it was an excellent experience. The lobby bar had great drinks and special cocktails nightly. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend.

Everyone was excellent and accommodating. Manny and Manuel E our building 57 was excellent and helpful with everything we needed. Victor and Jamie were also great and always made sure we had rides to and from the shows, room, pool and dinner. Miguel in the main lobby was very nice and also made sure we had everything we needed for our entire trip. Alana by the main pool was very good with our drinks and she made sure we were never empty. Jose Luis in the swim bar was a great bartender and super nice. Felipe in entertainment was so much fun and always made sure we knew the activities we could do and made sure we always had a good time. The guest service was amazing!

What an amazing experience. We throughly enjoyed our stay at TRS Punta Cana. The staff is over the top friendly and helpful to ensure your stay is amazing. Our room was well appointed and was clean. The resort is beautiful and easy to get around by foot or vehicle. We especially enjoyed our butlers who made things easy to book with and ensured that all of our questions were answered. They always greeted us with a smile and a friendly face. Our stay at TRS was so enjoyable, we would definitely come again.
