I have been here two times in a row, back to back Family spring vacations, and we loved it. Great service, great with kids, we will keep going back until we experience a bad stay or something else. We had a 7 year old and 2 and a half year old. Kids loved it!!! The whole resort is perfect for families. Adult side kids side family. It was great Family princess and their bunk beds it was awesome!!!

AVOID THIS RESORT - RUDE STAFF - NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!
I strongly advise against booking the beach and grounds are beautiful other than that it’s a hard NO! We are 4 days in to a 14 day trip and wish someone had given us this advice before booking. Firstly, the level of service provided by most of the staff is incredibly disappointing.They are rude, unhelpful, and seem disinterested in assisting guests. We book the platinum and upgrade to the honeymoon suite hoping to have a relaxing vacation.. it’s a money grab have yet to benefit the one time me needed room service no, we were not even offered a water upon arrival and waited over an hour before getting to check in. Then had to carry our own luggage across the resort and up to the third floor. There is no luxury here.
Additionally, the air-conditioning in the room, maybe works half of the time. The mini fridge is warm. Furniture is stained and has holes. Overall cleanliness of the room has improved since we’ve been here and are tipping but when we arrived, there was pubic hair on the toilet.
Considering the price paid for my stay, we expected better accommodations and amenities.
We could go into details and list out all the issues but long story short, save yourself the frustration and disappointment and book elsewhere. There are plenty of other options that offer better value for your money and provide a much more enjoyable experience.

I love this hotel so much!!! Stayed here last week for my birthday. The staff our lovely and helpful (Diana who greeted us with welcome drinks is so sweet! It was nice meeting you!) clean and beautiful rooms, the best food and drinks 10/10 - I have no complaints at all. I would stay here again !!!

Everything was wonderful. The location is perfect. The complex is super maintained. The complex has everything for you to enjoy the beautiful weather and the beach. The entire staff of the team was smiling and very accommodating.
I would be very happy to return to the hotel.
One very important thing, the people driving around the complex with the golf carts are super annoying. They drive you to some tourist center and tell you a lot of nonsense and don't let you say no to buy a tourist package for 30 years. I went there at 10am and left at almost 12, so i lost the perfect beach time.

The grounds keepers are the highlight of this resort. 10/10 in making the outside landscaping look clean and nice. The beach is the best in comparison of the other hotels nearby 9/10. Room is a 4/10, rough renovation not visually pleasing but clean. Food is a 1/10, just bad on all fronts very rarely did I find something that tasted good. Even the dinner restaurants are not good. The sports bar was disgusting. The harassment from the vacation company that owns the resort is unacceptable 0/10...watch out for the guys in orange/peach shirts. Overall, not sure how this is a 5 star resort but the beach and landscaping was nice, not the rest. Would not recommend or come back.
