We loved Eddie in entertainment, Chocolate the DJ and Rosana in the bar. They all made our stay a little more amazing. The nightly theater shows are so much fun and even better if you interact with them. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were here for 8 nights in April/May

Very clean and nice rooms with great roomservice everyday. The bars were also very and the drinks were good. The beer sometimes tastes a little weird. The food is okay but could definitely be better especially for people that value good food, I wouldn’t recommend. The staff was mostly super friendly. Unfortunately our room key didn’t work every day, so we had to get a new one like 10 times. They told us not to put the card close to the phones which we avoided but still didn’t work so many times. That was quiet annoying after a while. The beach and the bar are pretty loud unfortunately and the pool is very dirty. The beach is beautiful and the water very nice.

Resort is very pretty, super close to the beach!! The Buffett food is excellent and they also offer some restaurants as well. The staff and locals are all extremely kind and know how to put a smile on anyone’s face. Outdoor entertainment is very good as well. Very nice resort.

I've been at this resort twice and have really enjoyed it both times. All together, it's a great resort, but a few things could be fixed. The room was great, but the shower didn't drain properly either time I was here. It's pretty updated and has plenty of outlets. It is hard to find a TV channel in English, though so have some movies downloaded or make sure you have a subscription service on your device. The workers are great! They were all very friendly and helpful. If you only speak English, learn a few common phrases and sentences to communicate with the workers. My boyfriend doesn't speak Spanish at all, but with my basic knowledge, I was able to communicate pretty well. There was one worker who made me very uncomfortable both times I was here. He followed me on social media and tried to get me to hang out with him alone and then made me hug him this most recent time. I wouldn't recommend being alone while at this resort, but for the most part everyone is great. The food was delicious and they had a ton of options. I recommend going to the French restaurant while you're there. All together, Iberostar Dominicana is a great resort, and I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the time in the hotel. There is plenty of food options and variety in the buffet and the specialized restaurants are also very good. Customer Service is fantastic, everyone is nice, helpful and willing to serve. Our concierge Ana Azcona was always checking on us and providing all the help she could so the point of contact was easy and fast. We attended Iluzio show which was very impressive as well. The beach is pristine and pools great as well. Definitely a place to consider again.
