Short stay at the Tonga towers hotel but very pleasant there. Food is lovely plenty of variety of pools including roof top jacuzzi plenty entertainment for children. and lovely roof top bar. (Adult only) if you are away without children or if you just fancy a look up. Great views over looking the sea. Staff a helpful and friendly.

* Flight had delay, so we arrived too late for dinner the first night. We received some sandwiches to eat, but they were moldy * Too busy in the restaurant and the quality of the food is poor (not very tasty) * Bad pillows on the bed: give option for thicker or thiner ones to chose from (in the closet for example) * Crumbs from previous guests in the safe * Some of the staff at the receptions were friendly, but most of them were not. We were given very little explanation when we arrived, we were not helped when we wanted pool towels and when we wanted to book a massage they just gave us a number and said 'call yourself'. So we finally ended up booking a massage in another hotel where they were much more friendly. * Bad smell from the drain in the bathroom * Noise from other rooms, you can hear almost everything * Staff in the restaurant was very friendly Overall we were very disappointed and we had expected a much higher standard from a 4-star hotel.

My husband and I spent our holiday in October in this hotel. We liked it very much, the rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and the food was also great. They surprised me with a gift for my birthday! On my birthday, a bottle of delicious Cuvée and congratulations were waiting for me in my room. It was a very pleasant surprise, thank you very much! I definitely recommend the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel with my family, there was mold at the walls even though we were told We’re getting a feee upgrade, well that was the upgrade, thanks for nothing. The rooms are being searched always, even though u put the door tag on which says dorm clean the room. There are a lot of complaints about stealing. We always kept our expensive belongings with us so there wasn’t any issue but our bags were packed differently when we came back and things were moved which should be touched by the staff at all. The staff was friendly but not cooperative at all If you mention a problem they will not help You at all. Over all I would stay there at all even though the price is convincing. Just please don’t do it, before you think yeah it won’t be that bad and after you’re like, 100€ more would Have kept me my laptop and wallet, so after all You’ll get cheaper out of it if you book a dooferen hotel, believe me ! ! !

wonderful hotel accommodation! We really enjoyed it. The food was great and there was plenty of food to choose from including different cuisines around the world. The attitude of the staff was incredible, I love this friendly environment. The location of the hotel is a little further away from the beach but it didn't matter to us. Cleaning service was great! When we arrived late for the evening (check in) the super receptionist prepared a lunch box for us which is very commendable. We will definitely all be returning here in the future! Thank you again to the very friendly staff for improving the vacation experience.
