!!!Titanic administration and guests pay attention!!! Is this what you provide your guests when they have an early flight? We paid for a full day at the hotel but had to move out at 6 am due to an early flight (meaning we are missing the breakfast and the rest of the day), and this is the breakfast you offer to your guests? This is called “lunch box” so you know guys. They do not ask your preferences and no options. This is simply unacceptable and disrespectful to your guests. 🤮 I’m disappointed. See the picture below. Hotel: The food at the hotel is average and it's the basically same every day with minimal variation. Having visited many hotels in Turkey, I find this one particularly disappointing for this price in terms of its culinary offerings. There are no special dinners with themed menus, as is often the case even in hotels at a lower price point. Anything beyond the ordinary comes with an additional charge. Drinks are good. Territory and premises are great. Lots of activities available. Staff is friendly and helpful. 👍

Spent a lovely week here, my second visit. Cannot fault a single thing, rooms, service, food and drinks all first class. Staff all very helpful and as we were here for golf found the golf staff very useful in booking additional rounds of golf in the area. There were 20 of us here and we are all in agreement to return year after year as the hotel is the best any of our party have ever stayed in whilst visiting Turkey to play golf.

We loved it! The staff are amazing and really look after you. The heated outdoor pool is great on a chilly day and the size of the other pools means you never feel crowded. Plenty of sun loungers with umbrellas so always comfortable. The beach is a short mini train or boat ride away and the journey adds to the experience. The beach is gorgeous and the Italian restaurant there is especially worth a visit.. or 2... or 3! The pizzas are handmade and the truffle pasta is delicious! The buffet is extensive but surprisingly not as many main options to choose from as you would expect and when the hotel is busy it is almost like rush hour on the underground. It is worth it however especially when you sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The a la carte restaurants are definitely worth the extra expense! We went to the steak restaurant (incredible!!) and the Greek restaurant (so much fun - kids had an amazing time!)

Location is good, service and food is great. Even some foods can compete with 5 star restaurants. But management should improve the facilities and consider the family’s with kids. First there is no outside place that you can run from smoke. There is an air conditioning problem in the rooms and you got the kitchen smell. Kids playground are not maintained rusted. Some indoor play machines are broken and no fresh air inside. Edit: After our review customer relations department got in touch with us for improving our experience and I am increasing one star for the hospitality.

Let’s start with the good things: Loads of food, tasty. Staff friendly. Beach is very nice. Few things we did not like: The market inside the hotel. The guy was horrible. Scam us with ridiculous prices for basic things. Ended up taking taxi to buy anything and it was cheaper after the taxi fare! He was very rude and racist. This ruined my experience in the hotel. I understand it is not controlled by the hotel directly but this is still unacceptable to rent the place for unprofessional scammers. The hotel should definitely stop renting to this person. If it was not for this horrible person the experience would have been much better. It is very difficult to go anywhere else. So plan your days in the resort. Plenty of activities are available.
