Food and service were good sometimes a little unclear or uncomfortable but overall nice people, the rooms were very clean, the location was good as well very beautiful W Oh I would like to mention for any of my sensitive pookie it’s a little loud sometimes and you can definitely hear the neighbouring tourists, also it’s definitely I place ment for tourists and you won’t find many not tourist spots in the city

I stayed at the hotel in July 2023. The hotel is great! The rooms are spacious, clean, with excellent air-condition and big balcony with marvellous view! The swimming pool is big enough, however, it is quite deep so children who can't swim, have to swim only near the Mexican Restaurant entry to the pool. Next to the big swimming pool, there is smaller and shallow one for younger kids. It is wonderfully shaded (almost whole day) by the palms on the bank. The hotel is wonderfully situated, next to the beach. But the best was the restaurant! I used the all inclusive formula and I really wished my stomach was bigger. The food was delicious, fresh, and non-repeating. There was a plate of local dishes as well. During lunches and dinners, one could eat a variety of tasty meals of different cuisines. I have to mention the best person from the staff - chief Mohammed! He is really devoted to his job. He wants everyone to be happy with his meal, he prepares food live and asks you many questions, for your food to be perfect! Besides, he is a very warm and cheerful person. The rest of the staff is always helpful and mostly smiling but they cannot compete with chief Mohammed :) The only disadvantage during my stay was the local celebration/festival lasting for the whole week with the grand final just before my departure. The scene was situated on the parking, next to the hotel, so it was impossible to sleep to 3 a.m. There is also a pub opposite the entry to the hotel, but they usually finish playing loud music about 11-12 p.m. To sum it up, I strongly recommend the stay in this hotel!

Very nice and modern hotel. It was a pity that they noted that we booked for bed-and-breakfast while we actually book half board. After that we were guided very well through how to access the rooms and where the towels for the swimming pool, ... were. The hotel is located in a calm area. The personnel behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. If there was any problem (medical service, broken glass, safe that won't open, ...) We were disgusted by the kitchen: - NON-COMPLIANCE WITH HYGIENIC STANDARDS (they handle raw and cooked foods with the same scoops; hair in the dishes were found more than once) - VERY LITTLE VARIETY (the same food bounced from one platter to another after days in other forms) - IT'S NOT THAT WE ARE TO CRITICIZING IN EXTREME (to be clear, people come back to their table with the idea 'well we have to eat something'. - a completely ruined holiday, trust me forget it, for the +€4000 that we paid there are much better places that are 4-star worthy. Last consideration: a 4-star cannot have such little attention to food and hygiene standards, I'm sure that if a check arrives they will close tomorrow. Be careful Some of the personnel in the dining area doesn't know what laughing is. The bar is very convenient you get big glasses for a small price, which is a big plus.

What a fab hotel. Spotlessly clean. Huge rooms with sea views. Brilliant pool and loads of sunbeds. The buffet breakfast was excellent, so much choice, and all the food was fresh and tasty. We were B&B but the drinks and food in the hotel were very reasonable. G&T was 4.50 euros and a typical lunch around 6 euros. The hotel is right on the Blue Flag beach, and near to shops, bars and restaurants. As a resort Sa Coma is quiet, the beach side snack bars are open during the day only, and are expensive. 4 of us had a basic sandwich and soft drink and it was 62 euros. There's some decent restaurants mostly towards S'Illiot, which have lovely water frontage, 4 of us had drinks, wine and 2 courses for 130 euros, and the food was good, as was the service. Plenty supermarkets selling essentials so don't worry if you've forgotten stuff. Would I visit again? A big fat yes to the hotel, not so sure about the resort. Maybe in a few years.
