The Tamassa all-inclusive programme includes the following:
- Breakfast at Show
- Lunch in the hotel’s restaurants or a picnic basket for guests on excursions (24-hour notice required)
- Dinner at Show (buffet) or Playa (a la carte, for guests staying in Superior Rooms, Ocean Superior Rooms, Tamassa Family Rooms and Family Suites) – the hotel reserves the right to close one restaurant throughout the year
- Guests staying in Tamassa Rooms get a 20% discount at Playa for lunch and dinner (applicable on food only)
- Afternoon tea served every day at B-Bar (3.30pm to 4.30pm)
- Drinks in all restaurants and bars, including soft drinks, tea, coffee, beers, wines, juices, mineral water, cocktails and liquors (until 12 midnight, daily)
- In-room tea and coffee-making facilities
- Minibar, filled with water, juices, soft drinks and beers, refilled once a day
- Beach and poolside service as per the hotel schedule
- 24-hour room service (tray charge applies)
- Yoga and stretching classes
- Access to the fitness centre, sauna, steam room, hydrojet (with supplement) and spa garden (reservation required at the spa, subject to availability at the spa, adults only)

Had the best stay at Tamassa. The resort is lovely with amazing pools, beaches, free activities for the whole family and paid activities also.
But the main reason we will be going back is for the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, we just felt like we settled into the Tamassa community from the first night. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay special, memorable and relaxing.

Good value resort with everything you need for a pleasant beach side stay.
We stayed on a half-board basis and the food was diverse and pretty good.
The staff would benefit from some hospitality training, it feels like nobody really cares about the guests, and the animation team is the most passive I've ever seen.

Tamassa resort - Thank you! We returned a week ago from a 10 night stay with this fantastic hotel.
The customer service and can-do attitude of all staff and management are exemplary.
We would like to mention a number of staff who stood out, particularly Chef Karan and his fantastic team, plus Avinesh, Avisha, Sabrina and Derek.
The whole holiday experience from start to finish was wonderful, beautiful grounds, great seafront position, lovely food and happy, accommodating, friendly, smiling staff.
It's very reassuring to constantly see management everywhere chatting and enquiring with holiday makers about their stay. I spoke with Nitish and Nishad regarding our wonderful experience.
We would highly recommend this beautiful island and hotel Tamassa.

Staff and Service: 30 mins wait to get a bottle of water at diner, finally had to go and get it myself. Tv doesn’t work despite letting them know immediately after check in.
Food is ok. For a 4 star nothing to expect more. If you never been to a hotel you’ll love it. If you’ve been around a little bit you’ll see it not what it used to be.
Again no water at breakfast. Am redirected to the bar to get some myself. Here you pay to do it yourself. 😅
Building and Maintenance : Careful when you walk. Some places are broken and you might fall down like my mom yesterday. Hopefully she wasn’t hurt or i would sue those incompetents.
Activities: Studio 17 is nice with a lot a games and sports. Staff are cool and somewhat welcoming. Unfortunately some lights issue in some places. Cannot blame them, these things happen.
No towels available at towel cabana ! Towel shortage in a hotel.
To sum up. Its not so bad. But it’s not recommended considering the choice you have around.
