We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at Sands Resort and we can honestly say that it’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at…truly amazing! The staff are all absolutely fantastic, everyone makes you feel so welcome and can’t do enough to make your stay perfect. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with lovely views of the gardens and beach, breakfast was delicious (especially the egg station - thank you ladies!) and a different themed buffet every evening serving a variety of dishes to suit everyone’s tastes. We loved the open plan of the bar and restaurant so wherever you sat you could enjoy the warm evening breeze and interesting views whilst sipping your beer/cocktails! It was easy to arrange a taxi at reception into Flic en Flac where you’d be dropped off and picked up later at an arranged time. So, from the moment we arrived and was welcomed by Brenda and up until the moment we left (and was waved off by Brenda!) the whole experience was magical…we’ll be back…thank you!

We had 2 weeks at Sands in April and it was excellent.IT is a lovely resort with loads to do. There was a very good choice of food, all well presented and very tasty. Lots of fresh fruit and salads included. The staff at this hotel can not be faulted. They were freindly and cheerful and really went out of their way to help . Its really difficult to pick anyone out as there wasn't one that I could find any negatives with. However, I do want to mention the fitness/entertainment staff, especially Jonathan , who was entertaining and informative and made the sessions so much fun. Also Junayd. who was extremely helpful in the gym The staff in the restaurant really went ot of the way to help, and I had the best poached eggs ever. Also have to mention the guys in the boathouse. Just incredible

I stayed in 3 different hotels while visiting mauritius and this wins "favorite hotel" title. I like how friendly the staff were and their little attentive gestures. I also like that there was animation and activities around the pool. Room was comfortable and spacious and the food was amazing! I totally recommend

Amazing stay we had in this hotel, staff is very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended. Though hotel has different menu each day however a little Indian food everyday would have been much better. Still the Tamarind restaurant manager did everything possible for us. Kudos to Mr Krishna and his team for our comfortable stay and excellent hospitality.

We had a lovely time here and would definitely come again. The staff were lovely, friendly, especially Luvish who went out of his way to get us a late check out. Beautiful Hotel, beautiful people, beautiful time!
