My husband and myself went to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. Had beautiful journey but the only led down was the service at the hotel. Our TV wasn’t turning on and AC wasn’t working properly they only fix it on the last day. But overall, some stuff made our stay absolutely beautiful

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel. We were a family of five (4 adults and 1 child, 8yrs old). The hotel is set on its own private beach, the rooms and bathrooms were really spacious and well cleaned by the lovely staff. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and really well maintained. Pinky on the front desk was extremely helpful at helping us book our trips and any queries we had, I would thoroughly recommend the 5 island tour, my son loved it. The hotel is a good size and felt safe, it was great as my son had a bit of freedom and independence to get round with the new friends he made. We mostly ate in the buffet dining, and were particularly well looked after by Dev, my son is a bit of fussy eater and he would always go out of his way to help us. Most evenings we enjoyed drinks and entertainment at the pool side bar, my sister loves trying out different cocktails and the staff always helped her try something new, especially Josh. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families

Very nice hotel with beautiful beach, nice and spacious rooms and delicious kitchen. Most of the guests at the hotel were from UK and Germany. Rooms are separated in different small buildings, there is a nice pool and beautiful sandy beach (not as good as the beaches in the west part of the island, but still very nice). Very clean, everywhere. The hotel is part of a private resort Azuri, so no traffic or outsiders around. There's a big free parking right next to the entrance. The restaurant was very nice. They were serving different theme food from around the world (Italian, Indian, Mauritius etc). There's a buffet and a la cart restaurant, a nice bar next to the pool, a kids club, Spa. I strongly recommend choosing the all inclusive offer as that gives you freedom for drinks and most of the food at the menu restaurant.

The resort is very lovely, it was one of my best stay. Once arrived at the resort I’ve been welcomed by a staff from the reception which was very nice and accompanied in room once been presented about the facilities of the resort. I was amazed by the room and I can say that the housekeeping team did a marvellous job keeping it clean. Food quality was incredible. Will surely come back.

This is a good hotel. Personally, I think it is a lower end 4 star as whilst everything is adequate, the attention to detail is lacking. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Facilities are very good, with shops and ATM. Service good and staff hard working and helpful. Some areas of the hotel are a little tired - paint in rooms, clean cushions on sun loungers, frayed pool tools, quality of towels etc. The food is okay, but storage could be improved e.g glass casing for fruit, cakes etc especially as the restaurant is open air. Alternative restaurants are of a good standard. The hotel has a very laid back vibe and dress code. The spa is excellent. The Azuri is like many all inclusive hotels where unfortunately the company’s tactics to be economical mean it just misses the finesse of a good 4 star hotel. Things like - poor quality produce, watered down drinks including coffee, juices and alcohol included in package. Finally, the reviews about pool loungers is accurate, limited number available (which is unbelievable considering the size of the complex) and guests who get up early to earmark the best spots everyday they are there. I don’t think selfishness can be blamed on The Azuri! Overall a good quality hotel.
