If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

The hotel are perfect. Everything was great. We enjoyed our vocation. Room are so clean, every day cleaning. The food are tasty , so many choices Animation team are perfect, specially Nastya and Anastasia, great girls. Evening shows are so interesting 10+ Service are also so good. Hotel are perfect

We had a lovely week at the hotel. The hotel itself room wise is a little dated but did the job, the buffet was superb with a variety of choices. We only went to the one a la carte the Arabic cuisine and we didn’t enjoy that so stayed with eating from the buffet every day. The beach and pool area were excellent. Comfy sun loungers and privacy screens. Amazing views and clean and tidy. The one thing that I would give a 5* rating would be for the staff. From the hotel reception to the porters, waiters, cleaners and entertainment staff, they were the most kind, friendly, helpful bunch of people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They couldn’t do enough for you and that made our holiday., on arrival they say ‘welcome home’ and honestly by the time we left it felt like a home from home. We will definitely be back.

Great Hotel in Great Location. The Service was good but I would have wished to be able to grab my drinks on my own all around the time and to not always have to rely on a waiter. But this is a very small detail and requesting very high standards. Everything else was great. Also the animation Team was very cool, especially Claudio from Italy, even though he did not talk with his Hands. 😉

The view and the room was superb! the location wasn’t far away from the airport and the drinks were very nice and the food was very nice and the animation team was great! would 10/10 recommend. The only let down was the staff on reception was completely unprofessional and would never listen to your opinion.

Very friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service. The room was very nice with all facilities in good condition. The food and beverages at the various restaurants was good with a wide and varied choice. The beach and swimming pool areas were well maintained and very pleasant to use although availability of sun loungers could be limited if the hotel is full. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to anyone considering a holiday in Hurghada.
