We checked in at three o'clock in the morning. There was no bed for my daughter in the room, we waited for it for about two hours, visited the reception several times. The staff moved the furniture to accommodate the bed, left a dirty, dusty floor, answered that they would clean it in the morning. They refused to change the room, it was only possible to get something more expensive and for the next day.

Me and my friend are very happy, hotel amazing and food and staff are amazing. Big hotel and lots to do, room very comfortable and room was cleaning every day. Lots of collection of food and amazing staff. Beach was amazing and weather was beautiful, every day there are loads of activities all day. There was also shows most nights and band. Very family friendly and polite to everyone. Would highly recommend. And we got a private transfer and was so quick and easy via the hotel 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Hotel its-self was lovely and well looked after, the rooms were spacious, clean with with a gorgeous beach view. By the beach was music and loads of fun entertainment and games, sports by the animation team, they were also Fab!! The room cleaners also always asked if there was anything more we needed…and were super kind and helpful!! However the Restaurant..the food could have been better and they could bring out more options, and the Bartenders need to play there part more into making the drinks, instead of hitting and flirting with the women…Also, need to pay more attention when we ask for alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks, as most of the time when me and my parents were there they did not make the drink properly as we wanted them.

Definitely recommend - Amazing service from each and every staff so friendly.
The hotel itself is one of the best we have stayed with amazing views and a private beach 🏝️
The food was really nice a large variety always available. The entertainment team were soo lovely too, very child friendly hotel. It’s such a diverse hotel with a mixture of people from every background which we preferred. Good location close to a-lot of things. We would definitely visit again.
Only downside I would say is the La Perla spa 🧖🏽♀️ we booked was a little underwhelming for 40€ each. Good masseuse however the room was a basic room converted into a massage room, didn’t feel like a ‘spa’.

Very good trip on a very good hotel, all the staff was always available and kind, offering the best service, the room was clean and with a beautiful view to the beach, so many choices to eat, so many activities in the hotel, animation staff doing a great job!
