Title: Disappointing Experience at Hawaii Caesar Hotel: Poor Service and Subpar Accommodation I recently had the displeasure of staying at Hawaii Caesar Hotel, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find out that despite booking a triple room in advance, I had to wait a staggering four hours before getting my room. The check-in process was disorganized, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. When I finally got my room, it was not what I had reserved. Instead of a triple room, I was given a cramped double room. The room itself was outdated, with worn-out furniture and a musty smell that lingered throughout. The cleanliness was also questionable, with visible dust and grime in several areas. To make matters worse, the food served at the hotel's restaurant was far from satisfactory. The quality was poor, and the options were limited. It felt like a stark contrast to the enticing descriptions on their website. Overall, my experience at Hawaii Caesar Hotel was highly disappointing. From the extensive wait time for check-in to the subpar accommodation and food quality, it fell short of even basic expectations. I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment until they address these glaring issues.

Scam hotel. A ruin pretending to be a luxury hotel. Very bad, practically inedible food that is the same every day. Despite paying for all inclusive, everything requires an additional fee. Strange rules apply within the facility. Alcohol, drinks, ice cream diluted with water. A partially working aquapark with varying hours. Very dirty and uncleaned pool toilets, open only until 4 PM, just like the pool bar. No internet in the rooms. Internet available only in the lobby, but it's very slow. The worst hotel I've ever been to. I do not recommend a vacation in this place.

Very bad alcohol taste like water it's like whisky 30% and rest 70% is water added into it. 20 drinks and feeling nothing. Food is average. Good view and good location but they destroyed it with alcohol and food.

Stay away. Stories about bad food and rooms are true. But that is not what I am angry about. My 11 years old was offered cigarettes, alcohol and asked if she has got a boyfriend by one of their employee. If you parent please keep an eye on your kids. This place is not the best. But my worries are regards the safety of kids

the worst hotel I have ever been to. there is not even hand soap in the room, neither water nor toilet paper are provided. The service is very unpleasant, they have problems understanding English. I definitely advise against it. additionally, very little choice of food, dry rice, overcooked pasta, "sauce" water with flour and burnt meat. something terrible
