Absolutely perfect hotel for us as a couple. The rooms were amazing. The sea view was the best! Breakfast was everything you could want. The promenade is literally just outside the gate and the strip is just up the hill outside the front of the hotel. This hotel is in a perfect location. All staff were amazing especially our ladies that looked after our room. We will definitely be back!

Came here for a long weekend break...... Wouldn't come back avoid!! The reviews on Google are very accurate... Hotel - Clean, and tidy. Rooms - Basic but clean and serviced every other day. Food - Not a vast choice like other all inclusive hotels we have stopped in. We went out to find some decent food. Reccomend Golden Beach, really nice food. Pools - 3 pools well kept and warm. Pool Bar - has local drinks, but you are limited 2 per person, so you have to make sure you have enough bands to get your drinks for tour partners. Negative. Staff can be very grumpy and give you filthy looks for no reason! There is strong smell of cannabis all day and night. The hotel is right next to all the clubs. Very loud music pumping out until 5/6am and I mean loud music!! Drunk people shouting and fighting. BUT they have 24/7 security on site, this speaks volumes. Evening food choices limited, nothing really for children. This is definitely not a hotel for children , more 18 to 30s. My video doesn't do justice to the booming sound! You have to be careful if you spend too long at lunch your sun bed might go, as the life guards will move your towls!!

It's not the Ritz! However it is my 5th stay. Great location. Clean and tidy. Could do with a refurbishment if I'm being picky. Staff this year were noticeably more customer friendly for sure. Great stay. Nb, this is located in a nightclub area, music will play until 4am...white noise for me, especially after a few pints ❤️

Great hotel, amazing staff. Food was delicious. Location may be an issue for light sleepers as music from Veronica's strip next door was on till the early hours. But I myself had no issues

Positives: - Breakfast was incredible, with great quality and selection. - The room service was great, always did a good turndown service and were friendly. - Nice location to explore the area and close to the seafront. Negatives: - Noise !!! Be warned you wont sleep much. - Leonardo's had live music, really loud karaoke that went on some nights until 0200 am. You can hear everything outside and inside including your neighbours going for a number 2. - Close to the clubs, you hear a lot of shouting, door slamming, arguing and fighting. - Front desk lady was less than helpful, and somewhat rude.
