A week's stay at the hotel. Great location, close to the beach and all shops/bars. The food is very tasty and has a large selection. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. Staff very nice and friendly. After arriving at the hotel, we were surprised by the lack of a duvet in the room, but we went to the reception and got one without any problem.

Decent location and room. Good lounging area. However, the reception staff can give you a lot of stress as they get impolite pretty quickly. I forgot my passport in room and checked out. They gave me so much stress by saying there is nothing in the room and when I insisted it has to be there in the room, they made me wait for over 40 mins and finally gave it to me. They were very cold and unapologetic of the wrong information and unnecessary wait. Otherwise, the hotel facilities are decent.

So the entrance of the hotel is nice and we was pleasantly surprised. That was about as good as this hotel gets. The front desk are miserable, rude and extremely unhelpful. Our hotel room was clean but the AC did not work great at all. Engineer came and said this is the best it gets and asked to move rooms. Front desk( bald man) did not care put there hands up as though he could not help us. So I asked for a fan and he said he could not help they also put our room at the end of the corridor it was about a 15minute walk to the baby pool . So we gave up with front desk staff. Our 1 year old baby was so uncomfortable for her first holiday. Just to add the lifts did not work and the hotel would not supply kettle or microwave for baby's bottles. The pool was good and so where the breakfast staff. The maids where really friendly and cleaned our rooms great
1/10 do not go here with young children and avoid room 434

Before I start, I don’t think this will make a difference as I don’t think the hotel really cares. Even after bad reviews nothing has changed. Don’t give this note you hard earned cash.
Terrible food, that was cold and salty. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The lunch was disgusting, I had a chicken cesar salad which was made with chicken dippers! The noise from young teens on their first holiday was intolerable, we hardly slept. I dread to think how families and older people slept. At all hours of the night and morning intoxicated teens were running through the hallways screaming and shouting. There was a security guard at the reception who did nothing, he didn’t patrol any of the floors or keep any control other than keeping the reception area quiet! Well nobody sleeps in reception so it was pointless. The rooms were okay, and comfortable, the shower was really good, a great view from room 719 of the pool and the sea. Our mattress was a bit tired and could do with replacing. This hotel is not for families the children’s entertainment is short lived and shocking, my niece could come up with a better programme. I don’t think that given the young people partying, smoking, swearing etc that it’s a nice environment for children or families. The swimming pool was the hotels saving grace, it was beautiful, well maintained and cleaned regularly my only issue is that is only open from 10am to 7pm which is ridiculous, people want to Swim earlier and later than that. The arcade area is outdated and empty, there is a grab machine with nothing in it. The hotel is confused and in a place where they don’t know what to be either an adults drunken holiday hotel or a family hotel. The staff were great and Marques at the bar and his colleague with the grey curly hair were good fun. Also great location to the beach.
