Cottage Kitchen
We had a very nice stay. We received a very warm welcome from the whole team and every staff member we encountered were helpful and warm. We did have a mix up from the lobby about a payment that we needed to show proof of, this took a bit of time. Apart from that it was fine.
The resort is very open and spacious and is lovey to walk around. I loved the swimming pools, they are great for kids and adults. Also the hotel offers lots of different fun activities for kids. We loved the the face paint party and the foam party. There is a beautiful area behind the kids club with fish, birds and butterflies.
The rooms are the weakest part of the resort in my opinion. They are in need of renovation. (Mainly the bathrooms) Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. But for the price I had higher expectations.

We had a great experience at Sofitel Krabi. The room was clean and overlooked a peaceful garden. Highlights included the large swimming pool, which was perfect for a swim with my young son, and the diverse breakfast options that catered well to different tastes, especially the pastries. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, filled with trees and plants, enhancing the serene atmosphere.The facilities for children, like the playground and butterfly tent, were well-received. What stood out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended for families seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We spent great time at this hotel. Floating water park is good activity for children and hotel hold various of activity for adults and children. We had enjoying Thai boxing, ping pong tournament and yacht at the beach. Especially staff, Beam, is kind for us. My children spent much time floating water park on the pool. If I have a chance to visit Krabi, I want to stay this hotel again.

I recently stayed at Sofitel for a family vacation, and it was fantastic! The property is huge, and the cleanliness really stood out. The staff were incredibly professional and accommodating throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the massive pool, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The presence of a kids club and daycare made it incredibly convenient for us, allowing everyone to have a great time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would love to visit again in the future.
