Pimnara Punsuay
It’s was amazing stay. This resort surrounded with nature which make you feel calm and peaceful at the same time. The best location for chaos escape.
Staff are all well trained and friendly with a beautiful smile. Thank you for all of your hardworking which make my stay complete with happiness.

3. Be aware, staff here is so friendly and helpful you will fall in love with them and don’t want to leave.
4. This resort have a lot of activities to enjoy, like spa, daily wellness activities, beach massage. And I love when spa combine with wellness and restorative activities for example crystals bowl bath in full moon day. And also kayaking, paddle board or sailing with reasonable prices.
5. Something they could do better is improving some quality of furniture and decorations. It’s look old but still in a good operating but it will look more upgrades once these change. And some more nice decorations and warm welcoming vibe at reception hall and area.

We stayed at Dusit Thani Krabi for 6 nights and had a lovely time. The place was spotlessly clean, grounds were beautiful with two lovely pools that never felt too crowded.
The access to the fabulously peaceful beach was great and there were plenty of shady spots under trees to relax.
The hotel room (deluxe sea view) was spacious enough for two adults and a 13 year old.
We didn’t eat in the restaurants other than for breakfast, which was a fantastic mix of Thai, Indian and European/American dishes.
There are some absolutely delicious restaurants near by - within very easy walking distance from the hotel.
Every member of staff we encountered was a delight. So warm, helpful and friendly.
We booked a couple of excursions from the company based in the hotel lobby and they were good value and very well organised.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Amazing stay—only thing to note is that there are a good amount of kiddos. Spa was lovely, staff is insanely friendly and attentive, and the beachfront is super nice. Breakfast buffet is 10/10 but other on-site restaurants are kinda pricey. The Indian restaurant across the street is delish. Oh, and watch out for jellyfish season.

My children loved the kids club. We were kind of disappointed we couldn’t spend more time in the sea as jellyfish had been spotted and someone was bitten.
Food was great, and the room impeccably cleaned. Service was always pleasant, though with club lounge access we were still unable to have late check out, we were also charged full price for in-room dining after we checked out. Had we known, we would have ordered before checking out. This is something that could be improved on.

Spent 5 nights at the Dustin Thani big hotel/resort. Best service we have encountered on our trip. Quiet area away from the busy tourist area beach is not crowded at all. Very nice pools. Many restaurants in easy walking distance from resort and 7-11 next door to pick up some snacks and cold drinks. Large rooms with great A/C and balconies that face toward the pools and beach. A higher end resort $$$$ not for the economy traveler. Excellent staff
