Beautiful hotel, grounds and rooms. Nice pools, small but clean. Very humid at night - air Coolers but no dehumidifiers - so cool and sticky in bed. Great service, very good chef at the restaurant (except for the mushroom soup). Comfy mattress and feather pillows. It's on a hill, do LOTS of stairs climbed in 3 nights. Fun beach setup with great chairs and plenty of shade if needed. Ocean water wasn't very clear, not like the pictures. Not very close to town or shopping. But overall a great stay!

Honestly I had high hopes for this place and it felt flat so hard. The pool is tiny tiny and full of kids. The buffet is all pork, don’t come here if you’re Muslim. The walls are paper thin, I can hear people talking outside. The room service wasn’t done and it’s 3PM. You can’t order from the pool side from your phone. The WiFi is really spotty. Also they “offer” scooters for 400 baht but you have to have a motorcycle license. Aside from all the negatives, the room is amazing. Probably the prettiest room I’ve ever seen. Place is also not at all handicap friendly at all. I’m almost 99%-100% sure they’re padding their reviews. There’s no way this is that highly rated.

Enjoyed a brilliant stay just after Songkran, would definitely recommend. Particular highlights include: The stunning view out to sea, which gives gorgeous daily sunsets behind the islands scattered in front of the hotel. The staff were consistently exceptional in terms of being helpful, yet never intrusive. I would normally give names to credit individuals, but there were so many. Little things like letting us use a room to shower after we checked out made the flight home more pleasant. The room was very spacious and in good condition

My husband and I booked a four day weekend here, a huge disappointment. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors which can be a bit frustrating when you are trying to sleep. Also the breakfast buffet was not good and the dishes were dirty. The service was okay, but slow and we had to ask for coffee and drinks multiple times. Also the fruit had soured, idk if it was because it was old or had set out in the heat too long. The pools are quite tiny, and very limited space and chairs so you need to come early to get a nice spot. The restaurant menu is also quite limited, basic and very expensive, my husband found two hairs in one plate of food. It is also extremely hard to find cabs and need to rely on the hotel for all transportation. The cleaning room service took forever and when we got back to our room at 4pm we had to call three time for our room to be made up. The sunset is beautiful, but there is many hotels along the beach you could stay and see the same sunset. We actually paid for three nights and left one night early. Totally disappointing, this is also not a Muslim friendly hotel, which is sad to see since the native population in Krabbi is majority Muslim. A lot of pork in the dishes.

A 5 star hotel that is about to lose one!!!! Our experience in our two weeks at this hotel has greatly lowered our expectations to the same ones we set upon our arrival! We were going on our honeymoon and even though we had email from the travel agency, they forgot about the decoration and reception they offer! The room service forgot something in particular every day: tea, towels, sometimes they changed the number of water bottles and we had to remember something different every day! The buffet, which was the only saving grace, was good, But the service decreased a lot as the days went by until we had to go Looking for the staff to order your morning coffee and tea! As for the pool, full of small children with their cries, of which there being more pools they were always in the adult one and when we went to complain to reception, the Manager in a very bad manner told us That it was a family hotel, something that does not appear on any platform and with the number of stairs that the family hotel has, it has absolutely NOTHING!!! We have seen how on the hotel beach they sometimes spent more than an hour collecting empty glasses or beer bottles in a 5-star hotel! The prices on the menu do not include VAT, which bothered us a lot because when you go to settle the hotel bill you may get a surprise!!!! Also we never eat dinner at Restaurant because the prices were not finalized and one of the days the cart with the towels that you return from using the pool, full to overflowing, was right in front of the music group that entertains the nights 3 days a week and the image was more Well annoying. Nobody ever asked us how our stay was during our two weeks at the hotel and on top of that when we went to go and left the hotel we carried a minbre bag that they kindly give you upon arrival for the beach and pool and that we used To carry our things last day, and they tried to tell us, to which my husband responded That we needed it and what was the intention of the hotel If after two weeks it had been used and looked used, and when asked if they intended to give it to another room upon arrival, the girl at the reception said Yes! Something unacceptable and we already have the doubt if ours had also been used before! In short, a lot of shadows in an environment of lights that the Manager was rather worried about talking more than us and wanting to express her position in the hotel, when she had the opportunity to talk to us ask and investigate that she passed for To make our stay more comfortable, she was just trying to close doors and she was not at all kind or friendly to guests who had invested their money in the hotel for so many days!! I do not recommend it and we will not return to Amari Vogue!!! Be careful if you choose this hotel FAMILIAR!!!!
