The cocktails from Yousef at the bull bar where very good. He is very nice and kind person. and overall we are very satisfied with the hotel. the service is very good. and everyone is very helpful. The lifeguards are also always friendly and ready to help The food is also very good we look forward to coming back next time.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The food is great and there is a lot of variety in the choice of food. The room we were in is spacious and clean. Island poolbar is the best bar. They have the best cocktails and the bartenders are very friendly. The quality of the drinks is perfect. We really consider coming back here since we had a lovely vacation.

We have been here six times. The resort rooms probably need a refresh... But do not be put off the people are great, nothing is too much trouble, a problem they will sort it. They want the best experience for you. The food is great with plenty of choice but and Ahmed at the beach bar would agree the service and people are the best, more because they genuinely remember you. Don't believe me talk to Ahmed at the beach bar he will ensure you have a great time. We are here for a couple more weeks and Ahmed and the team will keep us happy.

We have watched the new animation team grow in confidence over the past week in entertaining. All are friendly & will go out of their way to make guests happy. An amazing holiday as always! Very nice hotel with very good infrastructure, first hotel I have been in Egypt that has 100% coverage by Wi-Fi, which is great! Variety of tasty food, few times had crabs and shrimps for dinners. Very nice beach, ideal for families with kids. What I did not like is pillow, very uncomfortable and hard, simply could not sleep on it. P.S. Separate thank you for early check-in
