Just got back from a stay at Sentido Fido Tucan in Cala d'Or, and I'm already missing it! This hotel is a gem - perfectly located near great food spots and beautiful beaches. But what really sets it apart is the amazing staff. Everyone was so lovely and friendly, especially Manuel at the reception. He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, recommending the best local restaurants and ensuring we had the best experience possible. Huge thanks to Manuel and the whole team for making our stay so special!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sentido Fido Tucan Hotel in Cala D'or, Majorca, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that continued throughout my stay. A special shout-out goes to the incredible staff who made my stay so enjoyable: Christian, Jonathan, Emiliano and Lidia from the restaurant were absolute stars. They provided impeccable service, always with a smile, and made every dining experience a delight. Miguel and Manoel at the reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming. From assisting with check-in to offering great local recommendations. Jesus from the entertainment added a wonderful touch of fun to the stay. Although the entertainment options were somewhat limited, Jesus did a remarkable job with the resources available, keeping guests engaged and entertained. We also thought that there shouldn't be a TV in the same area where the entertainment is taking place (some guests were watching football and turning their backs to the singers of the night). The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The staff's commitment to guest satisfaction was apparent in every aspect of the hotel, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the amenities. The food was another highlight of the stay, much better than anything we had outside in Cala D'or. The hotel's location is ideal. Situated in a picturesque area, it offers easy access to Cala Gran beach with pharmacy, barbers, shops, supermarkets and vibrant nightlife. It truly is a perfect base for exploring the beauty of Majorca. Overall, our stay was nothing short of fabulous. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a prime location made it a memorable holiday. A heartfelt thank you to Christian, Jonathan, Lidia, Miguel, Manoel, Emiliano, and Jesus for their outstanding contributions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Cala D'or and look forward to returning in the future.

Super value for money hotel. Late availability 5 day break..... Premier room spacious, nice balcony, chairs and table... Well furnished comfy bed... Nice shower room... Cleaned daily...... Excellent food selection at all meals,well presented and cooked, all staff very helpful and friendly... Decent bar, lounge... Evening entertainment. Nice freshwater pool... Bit to chilly in April!!.... Nice welcome drink of Cava when checking in at reception..... Pedestrians have priority over vehicles in the village... Makes for a relaxing atmosphere... After a day you realise that there are very few cars!!!

Beautiful peaceful hotel, in the centre of Cala d’Or. Staff are friendly. Breakfast has a great variety. Only down side is they don’t turn air conditioning on in april.
