- Breakfast at the Veranda Main Restaurant (7.30am to 10.30am)
- Lunch buffet at the Veranda Main Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
- Dinner buffet at the Veranda Main Restaurant (6.30pm to 9.30pm)
- Snacks at the Pelagos and Thalassa pool bars (11am to 6pm)
- Dinner at the a la carte restaurants (7pm to 10pm)
- All a la carte restaurants require reservation in advance of 2-3 days. Guests can enjoy a meal for free once during a 7 day stay.
- Non-alcoholic drinks are included at mealtimes. Alcoholic drinks are on extra charge.
- Access to the traditional Greek folklore night with Cretan & SYRTAKI dances.
- Drinks at the Pelagos pool bar (10am to 6pm)
- Drinks at the Thalassa pool bar (10am to 12pm)
- Drinks at the Panorama main bar (6pm to 12am)

I only traveled for two days on a business trip and I can say that despite the difficulties I had at work, the hotel is good with such kind staff and the excellent food I ate from the buffet. Both days I ate breakfast and I can say that enthusiastically with the wide variety it provided. I didn't eat lunch to be able to judge, but also my dinner was excellent and I was excited about the grilled meats that were there!! My room was very clean and the maid who came the second day to clean my room was incredible, they called her Mrs Harula!! Thank you very much for all!!

First time I traveled to Crete although I am from Greece I was thrilled with the hotel...let's start with the room which was spotlessly clean very beautiful and the pool had an endless view of the sea. Our first dinner was at the Cretan restaurant, very tasty food with very high quality ingredients. I did not expect that the hotel restaurant would be better than an outside one in Agia Pelagia!! The buffet in the main restaurant of the hotel had a very wide variety of hot, cold and sweet dishes and because I am a food lover I tried all the hot buffet And it seemed strange to me that I did not find any flaws in any of the food.. They were all delicious And always the buffets were full. For sure next year when I go down to Crete again I will book in the same hotel again. Finally, thank you for the service, everything we needed was by our side!!!

Only been here a few days but all good, even dodging the showers. Food amazing. Staff good a couple need educating. The room is dated but ok. We had a couple of people the other day who thought they could use the swim up without having a swim up room. Quickly went when they found they'd been clocked. Both ends needs to be gated Sea Side resort ok.

We had a very nice stay here. The room was super cozy and nice and the location was breathtaking! The staff were super nice and the food was very enjoyable for every meal! Definitely advise couple to visit!!

We booked through Jet 2 , the reviews were great , and we were not disappointed. The location is ok if you want tranquility, we like to sample other areas that was the only disappointment.
The staff are brilliant and the accommodation was excellent 👏 👌
