An Oasis of Hospitality Savoy Resort and its Stellar Staff!
Let me start by saying that I travel extensively , and finding a truly exceptional hotel experience is a rare gem. But Savoy Resort absolutely blew me away. It wasn't just the luxurious rooms (though, let's be honest, the cloud-like bed was a dream) or the stunning view (hello, perfect sunset!). What truly elevated my stay was the phenomenal front desk staff.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth – not just the polite kind but a sincerity that made me feel instantly welcome. Abdelfattah and Aleya both went above and beyond. They not only explained everything efficiently but also took the time to ask about my trip and offer personalized recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It felt like talking to a friend with insider knowledge, not just a hotel employee.
The entire front desk team consistently displayed this level of attentiveness. Every interaction, from requesting extra towels to restaurant suggestions, was handled with a smile and a willingness to go the extra mile. They made me feel like a valued guest, not just another number.
In conclusion, Savoy isn't just a beautiful hotel; it's a testament to the power of exceptional service. The front desk staff truly embodies hospitality in its finest form. They made my stay not just comfortable but truly memorable. If you're looking for a place where you feel valued and You won't be disappointed.

I would have given more stars if I could.
The property is top notch
The service is more than top notch.
The hospitality and the people is what makes the stay even better.
We celebrated our son’s first bday here and the staff made it extra special by arranging a breakfast and cake for us by the beach making it memorable and picture perfect.
They also allowed us early check in and a later check out as our flight was late in the night. And yes also gave us a free upgrade to a junior suite. What else to ask for in a perfect vacation!

We had a very nice stay in Seychelly. We were pleasantly taken care of from the moment we arrived. Although the check-in starts at 2:00 p.m. they accelerated the preparation of the room so we were no able to wait so long and there was not a problem with later check- out as well. The family room was commodious, well equipped, clear, with a large balcony. The staff was nice, willing and friendly. We had buffet breakfast, the selection was rich and we were satisfied. The meal in the other hotel restaurants was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel!

We chose to book in this hotel because it was said to be a five-star hotel. Maybe when it opened it should have been five stars because what we experienced it seemed clear that the standard had dropped a lot. The resort did not offer five-star services. One night I had a power outage for about two hours and no one from customer service explained or apologized. The location, nature, pool, beach and space of the rooms were very good. Service, maintenance and features left much to be desired. If you decide to have lunch in one of the resort's restaurants, I would suggest Grand Savoy, excellent service, very friendly staff and the best menu and taste. However, this is the best option for the area considering the price and what it offered

Very nice hotel in a great location on the beach. The room was a good size and well equipped with a spacious balcony. The only downside was the restaurant, which offered a limited choice of Western food, and the quality was a little hit and miss. The restaurant staff were far too eager to take your finished items from the table the second you looked like you were finished. The staff also started clearing up the restaurant far too early and very loudly, while many diners were still trying to enjoy their food. There is clearly pressure from the managers and/or owners to do this, and the staff seem to live in fear if they stand still for more than a few minutes?!! Our room was on an upper floor, which luckily was served by 2 elevators. 1 of the elevators was out of service constantly, with nobody seeming to care. This hotel was quite expensive for the stay and expensive to buy drinks from the bar. So, for these reasons, I have scored it low on service. I would not bother going back.
